Hi I am reaching out to seek assistance with completing the installation of my recirculating cooker hood at my residence. The hood is fixed to the interior wall of the house. The hose does not go outside it is filtered inside. Sadly, our previous electrician was only able to complete part of the installation before having to leave due to family commitments. - Complete the installation of a recirculating cooker hood, which requires installing the Kair Semi-Rigid Aluminium Hose (152mm Dia - 3 Metre Length) and also putting the cover on. - Relocate two sensitive, interlinked fire alarms that are wired to the mains. - Address a non-functioning light fixture previously installed, which may need repair or replacement. We replaced the trailer/lightboard electrical socket (old one was seawater damaged) with a new one and followed a make specific wiring diagram but, although the running lights worked, the brakes and indicators didn't. We tried several lightboards and checked the fuses but with no joy.

The job consists in 4 tasks: - Install a Tado° Wired Smart Thermostat (see current thermostat in the picture). - Replace a bathroom vanity shaver socket transformer (see picture). Spare part is provided. - Change a damaged light switch backbox (see on the right of thermostat). Wrong screw size was inserted, which distorted the backbox so the switch cannot be fixed properly and it was taped in the meantime. Standard 2 wires (load / live) with earth connector.
