I imagine this task requires an electrician. I have two mains powered smoke alarms in my apartment one of which is beeping and I cannot stop it, even though I have cut the power to it, and, they both need replacing. I have just moved in and they should’ve been replaced in 2017 after a 10 year expiry. I attach pictures of the existing units. The urgent thing is to stop the beeping before it drives me nuts. (I work from home.) The less urgent thing is to replace both units. The existing model is a Sector SD3.
