Kitchen mixer tap is leaking from the base of the spout when either the hot or cold tap is turned on. The more the tap is opened, the more water spurts out. I would like someone to diagnose and repair it.

Fit the new bath shower mixer tap onto the existing 180mm tap holes. Drill and screw-mount the shower head wall bracket into the tiled wall above the bath. Reconnect pipes, restore water flow, test for leaks, and reinstall the bath panel securely. Materials & Requirements: All tap hardware, hose, handset, and wall bracket are provided. Please bring standard plumbing tools, basin wrench, and consumables (PTFE tape, silicone if needed).

The flush button mechanism for my toilet has come loose behind the wooden panel. The grey flush actuator/mechanism is currently being held in place with cable ties; without them it hangs loose, and when the flush button is pressed the whole mechanism moves instead of staying securely mounted. I’m looking for someone to inspect it and properly secure/remount the mechanism, ideally with a suitable bracket/fixing rather than cable ties, and make sure the flush operates correctly. Access is available behind the toilet and I can provide photos. Ideally looking for someone with experience repairing concealed cistern/toilet flush mechanisms. Please bring any appropriate brackets/fixings that may be required.

Two tasks 1. Remove sealant and reseal around the bath tub 2. Fix toilet seat.

Update - flush has broken on toilet in cistern - it looks like a part has broken off (unclear) and water is filling into the cistern but very slowly; and the flush is moving very slowly.
