Hello! i am in north harrow and need some help: I was taking a radiator off and two things happened: one of the bottom compression nuts on a radiator valve has cracked and is leaking, and another valve needs to be replaced. Hi, I need someone to professionally remove this wall radiator, cutting the pipes and closing them off safely. Pipes are coming from the wall (not the floor). This is a central heating radiator. We are getting new sofas which we need to put up against the wall, so want to remove this as it comes in the way. The pipes need to be cut off and as close to the wall as possible, i.e. shouldn’t be protruding out.

Bath tap is trickling hot water, the cold is fine (it's a mixer tap) and the bathroom sink hot tap is fine, water pressure is also fine. I assume it's localised to the tap, I had a look inside the tap but couldn't access the washer. Proabably a straight forward fix but need some help. Another job is to replace our shower handle; I can't find the make anywhere and keep buying the wrong size! Happy to discuss price etc. No idea at this stage.

Issue: Kitchen mixer tap leaking from the gap between the hot/cold handle. The water dribbles down the shaft when in use. No flooding, the tap is still usable for now, but needs dealing with. Thoughts:likely a cartridge replacement or issue with sealing. I'd rather not replace the whole tap, but you'll do a diagnosis first and we'll discuss. Hopefully, it's a short one-and-done job: There's a Screwfix and a Toolstation nearby. If after diagnosis, the right part is available, I can nip off and buy it. Or, I can purchase one from you if you carry spares... Budget is for labour if this is the kind of job we're looking at... I'll cover you for parking vouchers during your visit as needed.

I have a wall-hung toilet with a concealed cistern behind a tiled wall. There is a water leak from behind the wall. I believe the leak is coming from the concealed cistern and/or the connection between the toilet pan and the concealed cistern, but the exact source needs to be investigated. The leak does not appear to be accessible without opening the tiled boxing.
