Removing your old toilet

We have a few issues that need fixing at SE15 4JZ: - Fit a new upstairs toilet seat. We should hopefully receive the replacement seat tomorrow or Friday. - Reattach two internal handles for garden / patio doors in the kitchen and lounge. (see pictures - hopefully would be easy to refit with the right tools, but please advise if you think we will need any replacement parts) - Fix the handle to the large bedroom upstairs - it is slightly broken, meaning that it sometimes locks people in the room. This needs to be resolved. If when you look at it, it needs a replacement part, we would want you to source the relevant part for us (you would provide an additional quote for this) [- Check / fix non-opening / very stiff windows in the lounge - they don't all open, and of the ones that do, they're then very difficult to shut. I'm not really sure what the issue is here, and I would like someone to have a look and provide a view on what needs fixing /likely cost. If it is straightforward / inexpensive, I would want this fixed. If complex / expensive, I would need to consider if /when to do it.] [- There is a wobbly / uneven floorboard in the middle bedroom. We think there might have been a leak there which could have caused warping. We would like you to take a look to try to diagnose the issue and let us know if it looks like there is a current leak / other issue. If there is no major issue, we would like you to fix it down there and then. If it is a bigger issue and you are able to help with it, please provide a quote. I only have photos of the garden / patio doorhandles, But hopefully the rest is fairly self explanatory. Preference would be for you to come on Friday (assuming toilet seat has arrived by then) but otherwise please propose a date next week. I look forward to receiving your bids!
