The mixer tap has been firmly attached to the granite worktop for about 10 years but then suddenly became loose and is only in place because of the pipe. A fix is ideal but a replacement that's not stupidly expensive works too

The cold feed from the mixer tap in the kitchen doesn't flow as it should. The other cold taps in the property work fine. The hot feed on the same mixer tap works fine.

A minor shower leak needs investigating and fixing. In addition, the sealant and adhesive around the shower needs removing and replacing. Also, if you can do some minor boxing in as well, that would be great!

Burlington Shower which is leaking through the hot water entry point. Have tried using PFTE paste, but seems to be coming from behind the thread. Leak is making a hissing sound and is less strong when hot water is turned on elsewhere.

We have a shower that is leaking. We are unsure of the cause. It is possible that the grout and seals need redoing as a starting point. And if if still leaks after this the root cause will need to be investigated.

Shower tray waste pipe from upstairs ensuite has leaked into lounge. Small inspection hole has been made. Pipe work / joints needs repair / replacement. Easiest access to pipe work will be through lounge ceiling, so that will need to be made good post pipe work repair.

We have 2 bathrooms connected between a wall. 2 toilets actually standing opposite each other separated by the wall connected to 1 tube. The toilet flash button started to sink firstly, then the water keeps coming from the water tank all the time. The main problem is because of that the dirts are flashed to another toilet, so they’re like 2 connected jars. I want to: 1. Fix the flash in toilet number 1 2. Stop dirts flowing from toilet 1 to toilet 2

Toilet is constantly running. Access to the cistern is limited because it's a sealed one and doesn't seem to be a panel anywhere to open. Have to go in through the flush.

The flushing handle on the toilet rotates freely and doesn't flush properly. A little water comes from it but the whole of the flush tank doesn't drain. The lock on the toilet door opens by itself when someone is using it.
