I have a sink with double tap and a pedestal. Need to change to another sink with single mixer tap with pedestal.

Replace existing 2-in-1 shower with a 3-in-1 shower system (same position, no pipe changes) Remove existing bathroom sink and separate hot & cold taps, and install a new sink with a single mixer tap

Currently have one tap with cold one side and hot the other. Cant mix them and hot water in untouchable. Need a mixer tap

i have a kitchen mixer tap that is dripping. the cartridges for both hot and cold water needs replacing and i have received the parts from the tap company. the cartridge is quite simple to replace and there's clear instructions on how to do it (just need to unscrew cap cover, use a wrench to remove old cartridge and refit new one). Water supply can easily be isolated (either underneath tap or mains supply which is within easy reach). this should take total 15-30 mins to do.

Kitchen mixer tap leaking continuously. Need it fixing or new one installed. Toilet flush button not working so been removed and manually pushing the “rod” to flush. Need the flush button replacing. Dishwasher needs reconnecting so flush to cupboards. Will provide all parts.

My shower mixer tap needs changed. My mixer in the kitchen needs tightened and the cold water to the bath isn't working.

Bath tap is trickling hot water, the cold is fine (it's a mixer tap) and the bathroom sink hot tap is fine, water pressure is also fine. I assume it's localised to the tap, I had a look inside the tap but couldn't access the washer. Proabably a straight forward fix but need some help. Another job is to replace our shower handle; I can't find the make anywhere and keep buying the wrong size! Happy to discuss price etc. No idea at this stage.

Issue: Kitchen mixer tap leaking from the gap between the hot/cold handle. The water dribbles down the shaft when in use. No flooding, the tap is still usable for now, but needs dealing with. Thoughts:likely a cartridge replacement or issue with sealing. I'd rather not replace the whole tap, but you'll do a diagnosis first and we'll discuss. Hopefully, it's a short one-and-done job: There's a Screwfix and a Toolstation nearby. If after diagnosis, the right part is available, I can nip off and buy it. Or, I can purchase one from you if you carry spares... Budget is for labour if this is the kind of job we're looking at... I'll cover you for parking vouchers during your visit as needed.

We have aqualisa mixer tap in bathroom. The control knob has stopped working as we closed it too hard. Now it’s just rotating without turning on the water. We will buy the parts as you suggest.

My shower is leaking through to the ceiling below. I think the issue is under the tiles with the pipes, rather than the silicone seals. So I need someone who knows what they're doing rather than a bodge short fix!

The toilet is blocked and needs unblocking, today please, ideally before 13:00. I suppose the price is negotiable due to the urgent nature of the matter. The bowl is filling up with the flushed water and going down very very slowly-minimum 30 minutes until the water level lowers again. We believe the problem to be too many tissues were flushed at once. Please also note, the job may require you to bring an extra large plunger as the relatively large one I have doesnt quite cover the mouth of the bowl.
