Our bathroom mixer tab is broken and we believe it is the source of a leak down to ground floor. The mixer tap may need to be replaced which we are prepared to do but we would like a qualified plumber to assess the situation and help us fix it. Bath tap is trickling hot water, the cold is fine (it's a mixer tap) and the bathroom sink hot tap is fine, water pressure is also fine. I assume it's localised to the tap, I had a look inside the tap but couldn't access the washer. Proabably a straight forward fix but need some help. Another job is to replace our shower handle; I can't find the make anywhere and keep buying the wrong size! Happy to discuss price etc. No idea at this stage.

Issue: Kitchen mixer tap leaking from the gap between the hot/cold handle. The water dribbles down the shaft when in use. No flooding, the tap is still usable for now, but needs dealing with. Thoughts:likely a cartridge replacement or issue with sealing. I'd rather not replace the whole tap, but you'll do a diagnosis first and we'll discuss. Hopefully, it's a short one-and-done job: There's a Screwfix and a Toolstation nearby. If after diagnosis, the right part is available, I can nip off and buy it. Or, I can purchase one from you if you carry spares... Budget is for labour if this is the kind of job we're looking at... I'll cover you for parking vouchers during your visit as needed.

just moved in and noticed a leaking combination shower and drinking water tap under the sink. looks a bit of a bodge job with isolator valve and specific part to the tap leaking. we've removed the part and attached just the shower tap to the cold input. tried buying the same tee valve off amazon and it just leaked so going back to having just the shower / spray tap attached for now. need someone sort this mess for us!

Shower seems to be leaking from the shower heads We have taken them apart and replaced the main shower head and it always seems to be leaking from the main entry I.e its not the shower heads but comes from behind when we take them off

My toilet is leaking at the back

When you flush the toilet and the cistern starts to refill, it then continues to overflow and waste water by keeping the toilet running. We can make it stop by blocking an air valve on top of the pump, but this results in water leaking out of the back of the toilet.

I am looking for somebody that can help me get my macerator working again. I have unblocked the toilet part, but I don’t want to look at the macerator because I’m not an expert. I think it may have some plaster from the Wall in it

1. Toilet refill issue The toilet is flushing fine, but it takes a long time to refill, meaning I can’t flush again quickly. It seems like the tank is filling very slowly and may need adjustment or repair. 2. Low water pressure in bathroom tap One of the sink taps has very low flow — almost like a drip. The water pressure is much weaker than normal and likely needs fixing.

The pipe to the toilet is leaking
