After a recent painting job, the windows (wooden frames) are stuck shut. They need opening by cutting the paint between window and frame, and then making good. There are approx 14 windows that need opening on 3 storeys (ground, first and second floors) of a Victorian property. It shouldn't take long but tall ladders will be needed.

Quote is not an approved amount with our landlord I just have no idea what the cost will be to repair this. Can you make an estimate on hours to complete these tasks.
