Hi there, I have a week gap from this week as my old tenants leave and before the new ones move in and I'm looking for a few quick fix jobs. 1) Minor damp treatment on a bedroom wall from a gutter leak (now fixed). Repainting over the sealed damp area with existing paint. 2) Sanding, (maybe minor plaster but unlikely), and repainting from some work done to a dry wall to access a boiler pipe in the corridor side to the bathroom wall. 3) Treatment black mould and some potential minor tiling sealant if needed. 4) Filling a plaster hole where a curtain pole came down due to overweight curtains. Re-installing 2x sturdier curtain poles. and repainting 5) General spruce up point solution repainting or crack coverage in paint / plaster (natural wear and tear with age. Have existing paint.

We have two electric blinds we need to install in our skylights. However the skylights our quite high around 3.5m and we don't have a ladder tall enough to do this safely. The blinds required 4 screws each with drywall plugs.
