6 * 20 year old wooden windows need some maintenance to change the worn out weather strip and reseal the glass to the frame, no paint job needed as this will be done later with an overall redecorating job. Now that I see the pictures close up it looks like it does need a fair bit of TLC. the wood is dry but it has probably rotten. 2 medium windows + 3 large (attached pic is of large window) No idea of price I am quoting £100 * 6 windows as I must enter a budget! Electrician: We need the unit in our towel rail replaced, which is a TowelRads product. This is not the towelrail itself. I believe we would need the towel rail to come off the wall in order to replace it, but we have the replacement unit. May require electrician experience and all relevant tools. Also, a door handle to our lounge is not working and thus would like this person to also fix that.
