Living Room Light Holder: Replace the light bulb holder/fitting for the main ceiling light in the living room. Boiler/Heating System Fix: Investigate and fix the fault where the main boiler switch activates both hot water and central heating simultaneously, and the heating cannot be turned off independently. The system needs to be corrected so hot water can be run without activating the central heating.

Back room power off: The room’s circuit was disconnected because it kept tripping the breaker. Need to investigate the fault and restore power. Outdoor light switch: The switch for the outside lights also trips the breaker when connected. Outdoor lights have been temporarily disconnected. Need to identify the cause and fix it.

Wall heaters not working no power going to them

The fuse box in my flat needs changing. Lights won’t come on in three rooms on one side of the flat. They were coming on slowly for a few days and are now not coming on at all. After the fuse box has been changed this needs investigating to find the root cause.
