Looking for an experienced plasterer to complete two small jobs in my kitchen: 1. Install plasterboard to close the open gap above the kitchen cabinetry/bulkhead area. The timber framing is already in place. Finish joints and make it ready for painting. 2. Extend the existing cornice on one side of the kitchen cabinetry towards the wall and complete the corner neatly, matching the existing cornice profile as closely as possible. Please include materials, plastering/jointing and sanding in your quote. Painting is not required. Photos attached for reference. Looking for a neat, professional finish. Please let me know your availability and quote.

Renovating an old double-brick house. The render on the interior walls is falling off and needs removal (see photos). All the overlying wall paper was removed recently. Most of the render is close to 100 years old and very easy to remove. A lot has already detached from the brick. You can see in the photos that some of the render has already fallen off. Extensive cracking and most areas can be pulled off with ease. Some areas have had partial repairs done over the years and these will need tools for removal. Also need replacement with either new render or new plasterboard. Please indicate in your quote if you are able to help with this. Skin bin to be provided by me. Labour and equipment to be provided by you. Insurance required. Looking to have job done asap. Can send more photos/videos or you can come on-site to quote if needed.
