A bit of an unconventional task. I’m a renter, so I can’t have a proper AC set up. My only solution is a portable AC. I’m not a crafty or handy person, but I also don’t want flimsy cardboard boxes against my window. I need help executing the idea attached in the photos. Ideally for two windows. Likely need a custom solution to perfectly fit the measurements of the awning windows. The job will involve closing off part of a large awning window with a suitable board/panel and cutting a hole to suit the exhaust hose, ensuring a neat look. The sides of the awning window will also need to be sealed. You must supply all tools, materials and fittings required and be confident working with non-standard window setups. Would like back wall of terrace to look like the others (see image) ie excess mortar removed, gaps filled and wall rough rendered or bagged. No painting required. Wall is approx 3m wide and 2.5m tall.

I need gyprock installed to the lower third of an exposed brick wall to prepare the wall for installation of wainscotting. The section of wall to be covered is 270*90cm You will need to include all materials in the quote.

Gyprock the ceiling of a re-roof

We removed sliding door wardrobes in two bedrooms and cut the gyprock 30 cm higher in one room and 20cm higher in the other room. We need the cut part of the wardrobes patched and plastered before the new ones get installed on 7 October. We will paint once you are finished.

We need you to remove 2 blinds and detach a security sensor to enable the ceiling to be repaired. Approx 4sqm of damaged ceiling needs to be replaced with new gyprock and prepared ready for painting. Approx 36sqm of ceiling needs to be painted so the repair is seamless and invisible. The blinds then need to be reinstalled and sensor reattached. We need you to supply all ceiling repair materials and remove all waste. We will supply the paint which will be Dulux.

Cut out the current gyprock/plasterboard around the shower head approx 40 cm2, check there is no leak in the water lines that feed to the shower head, replace with a new piece of white gyprock (you will need to supply) that is water resistant/rated to use in bathroom, and replace the shower head (I have already purchased the new shower head, see photos).

The Chiprock ceiling in my attic space which is used for storage and as an office, was damaged by water. I hope this is clear from the photos that I have posted. I would like to have it repaired.
