Scope of work: Clear weed-filled section: Hand-scoop and remove soil/grass growth from a blocked section of guttering (photos attached). Clear downpipes: Check and unblock 2 to 3 downpipes (one on carport, two at the rear) that are backing up during heavy rain. Hose flush: Flush the gutters and downpipe drops with a garden hose to verify water flows freely. Clean-up: Place all removed silt and organic waste into our green garden waste bin. Requirements: Must bring your own ladder, buckets/tubs, and gutter cleaning tools. External water tap and hose as well as external Power point are available on site. Although the house is single story some sections are close to double story but accessible from the from where is is single story.

Hi, I have the PERMA child safety TV anchor kit. I have connected the strap into TV but need someone to come and connect anchor into wall. Wall is plaster, but I have a stud finder which has located timber but I have been unable to get nail through. Please note I don’t have dry wall anchors. Water proof laundry with certificate as well as floor tiling, tile skirt to 1 side of room & caulking. Total lay area is 8.5m2 (600 x 600 tiles, room is 4.25m x 1.7m with 300mm high tile skirt needed on 4.25m length). Floor is currently 19mm structural fibre cement sheet. No drain in floor. Aluminium angle required between existing floor boards and tile transition. Tiles are on site and job is ready to go.

Remove (only) roof insulation from a small 3 bedroom home in Ivanhoe on Saturday morning. Ceiling has been removed in kitchen so easy to use to drop insulation on the kitchen floor and then place outside for rubbish collection. Only partially insulated with some patches of no insulation in ceiling.
