( see photos 1&2) • Remove existing sheets • Install 6 × 3.6 m polycarbonate sheets on veranda (approx. 4 m × 3.1 m) • Height approx. 2.4 m — ladder work required • Sheets may need trimming to fit • Existing flashing is in good condition and will be reused • Fixings and screw holes already in place • Waste to be stacked on my trailer — I’ll handle disposal • Easy access to work area Taks 2 - Replace horizontal support beams (see photo 3): • Replace 2 × 90 × 45 mm × 2.4 m beams supporting a vine trellis • Beams run from fascia to upright trestle • Upright posts are solid — no structural changes needed • New beams are cut to size. pre-painted and ready to install • Straightforward remove and refit Requirements • Experience with pergola or carport roofing • Confident and safe working on ladders • Must bring own tools and safety gear • Familiar with polycarbonate installation • Basic carpentry skills for beam replacement

Job is to prep (sand) and paint the roof suffit and fascia of front of house (the white part between the gutters and brick). We will provide paints, ladder, sanders etc. Just require you to show up and complete. The area is approximately 25m length and at its highest point approximately 4m.

I have put it on top and secured it enough to drive around but it is not secured enough for off road, need some one to either re do it or finish it up for me. I have a leaking roof in one bedroom, likely cracked tiles, seems to be pretty minor. Would like this repaired. In a separate bedroom, the split cycle Daikin air conditioning unit has stopped powering on. I've checked the circuit breakers, and the other split cycles still work. Would like someone who can diagnose, and hopefully repair. Would like quotes from someone who can handle both tasks, I am budgeting about $150 for the roof repair if simple, and $75 to diagnose the issue with the aircon or apply simple fix. If something more complicated is required, happy to discuss additional payment.
