Gutter cleaning of large single storey house. Gutter guards in place- last company just used high pressure water to break it down ( I think). Must have safety gear/ harness . Plus put down pipe guards in to stop possum getting stuck in pipe. ( I have the guards) Plus clean solar panels (approx 10) while up there?

I have a 2010 Teague one. The roof lining is sagging. It has been tried to be repaired and there are some contact glue marks that need to be removed. The headlining then needs to be attached to the ceiling of the car.

Rear left section of the roof is visibly wavy due to inadequate original battening/carpentry from an old extension. Works required include carefully removing terracotta tiles, correcting the roof structure (additional battens and carpentry as required), re-levelling and straightening the roof, and reinstating existing tiles (replace broken tiles only). A full terracotta roof restoration is also required, including pressure cleaning, re-bedding and repointing ridge capping, and general tile repairs to ensure the roof is watertight. Fascia and eaves carpentry work required: remove and replace rotted or damaged fascia boards and repair/replace damaged eaves. Materials to match existing. Carpentry skills are essential. The flat roof over the front entry porch has poor drainage and is not acceptable to be patched only. This roof is to be redesigned, either by: converting it to a small pitched roof tied into the existing tiled roof, or fully removing and rebuilding the flat roof with correct falls, proper waterproof membrane system, and compliant drainage. As part of this work, internal ceiling damage below the entry porch roof will need to be repaired or replaced, along with any associated carpentry required to fascias, eaves, or framing in that area. The approach should be holistic, addressing causes, not just visible damage. This job requires experience in both terracotta roofing and structural carpentry, including flat roof construction and roof junctions. Cosmetic-only roofers are not suitable. Site inspection required prior to quoting. Fully insured contractors only.

Hubby is scared of hights. I'm looking for someone who can come to cut a few branches that hang over our gutter. Please see pics. Long ladder is provided, but you might need to have an electric chainsaw. It might only need two larger branches cut to fix the problem, so it's not a big job. Professional and experienced roof and gutter cleaner. What is required. Soft wash roof clean on a 320m2 area on a single store house. Please note, it might need a slight pressure wash. One company said they will only do a soft wash and another company mentioned doing both. To remove all mould, dirt and organic tile stains, inorder to bring out the tiles natural colour. Gutters must be cleaned aswell. Please note, most of the wash is in the front of the house and right hand side of the house. Please see pics.
