I am looking for an experienced pergola / roofing specialist who may be able to provide advice and possible waterproofing improvements for a custom-designed backyard pergola structure. The pergola has already been built and I would ideally like to retain the existing timber structure, as it was custom designed to suit the heritage style courtyard and outdoor space. The current issue is mainly related to waterproofing and leaking during rain. The roof uses irregular-shaped transparent acrylic/polycarbonate panels with a custom geometric design. Over time, silicone joints and timber movement appear to have caused multiple leaking points. I am NOT looking for a quick silicone patch job only. I need a careful and experienced person to clean the gutters on the south side of my second story. This will also include pulling out the foam gutter guards first (and likely throwing them out). The roof is steep and made of terracotta tiles so you must (1) have the appropriate safety gear (2) be highly experienced on working on tiled roofs (3) if you break any tiles you must replace them (I have spares). I am open to recommendations about replacing the gutter guards but not with the rubbish foam ones on there now. Must be done on a Friday in the next month or so. Note that the photo from the front of the house shows the incline. But this photo is old as all the tiles have been replaced with new ones since this photo was taken.

Supply and install a colour bond downpipe to an existing gutter down to the channel drain in front of my garage. I’m open to other reasonable installation advice. There are not enough downpipes so the gutter will overflow during heavy rain. Straight forward job and easy access and single floor.
