Looking for an experienced roof plumber or tiler to fix a minor water leak in my garage roof. Current Issue: The upper-level downpipe currently discharges a large volume of rainwater directly onto the lower garage roof tiles. During prolonged heavy rain, a small amount of water seeps through to the garage timber frame inside. The area was previously sealed with silicone, which stopped major leaks, but minor seepage still occurs during continuous rain. Scope of Work: Supply and install a downpipe spreader / extension pipe to redirect the upper water discharge straight into the lower gutter (instead of blasting the tiles). Clean off degraded old silicone/sealant around the flashing and tiles in that area. Re-seal any gaps around the wall flashing with high-grade roofing silicone to ensure a watertight finish. Photos of the roof, internal seepage, and downpipe setup are attached for reference. Please quote your total price including materials. Thanks!

I am in the process of selling my home. Buyer has requested a building inspection, building inspection found 2 areas of cracked tiles and has recommended replacement. I am not sure the exact number of tiles involved, I've only been provided photos See attached screenshots

Current tin shed roof rusted and sagged. Required or replacement. Width of roof is 2150 x 1650mm. New width will need to stay the same, but the current depth of1650 could be reduced to any range between 1500 - 1600mm. Need to retain current roof have laserlite (plastic strip). Flexible on width of laserlight as long as it is not less than 300mm wide. Please indicate if your cost includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material. Please ensure the roof material is Colourbond and could be existing or the corrugated style.

Frontend appears to be a two storey house, but its only 1 level.
