Possum in cage in roof. Needs removal and flashing on roof closed

There is a water leak behind our storage cage in basement. Ground water is leaking over our belongings when it rains heavily. We would like help to build a cover over the top of it to prevent water getting into our storage cage. I have a few videos I can share to clarify if needed.

To check the roof leak and replace the broken tiles. 1 storey standard old house

I have an apartment balcony with a suspected leak around the drain/puddle flange area. Water only leaks into the apartment below during prolonged heavy rain and appears around the outside of the drain pipe penetration. The balcony also experiences some ponding around the drain. Job includes removal of tiles, repair of the waterproofing/flange connection. I have a concrete slab substrate. Water proofing needs primer, 3 waterproof membrane coats, and 3 topcoat trafficable topcoats. The topcoats and water proof membrane should be UV stable. The drain Puddle Flange also needs a reinforced waterproof fabric mesh.

I believe there is a possum or rat in my roof cavity, I hear scratching noise now and then. I am not after removal of the pests as I am organising this through a different company, but I just need someone to go to roof cavity to confirm that there is a possum or rats there and take photos especially of it's droppings and if you are also able to take photos of nearby wirings, if there is any obvious damage would be helpful as I believe it's been chewing for sometime... It is double storey house, access to roof via manhole upstairs, home is just over 10 years old.

I need a plumber / roofer to replace part of down pipe spreader to me. Nothing wrong with the spreader but the water drips onto the iron roof not the tiles which makes it super noisy when it rains. 1. Fix the roof tiles that caused this stain. Stain accumulated over the course of 4 years. I crawled in the attic and discovered there are minor drips when its raining. Solution: cement affected tiles? probably minor flashing required 2. Gutter cleaning (annual maintenance) Context. This house is situated on an elevated land. Frontend appears to be a two storey house, but its only 1 level.

I need a careful and experienced person to clean the gutters on the south side of my second story. This will also include pulling out the foam gutter guards first (and likely throwing them out). The roof is steep and made of terracotta tiles so you must (1) have the appropriate safety gear (2) be highly experienced on working on tiled roofs (3) if you break any tiles you must replace them (I have spares). I am open to recommendations about replacing the gutter guards but not with the rubbish foam ones on there now. Must be done on a Friday in the next month or so. Note that the photo from the front of the house shows the incline. But this photo is old as all the tiles have been replaced with new ones since this photo was taken.

Box gutter on roof holding water causing mould in bathroom n bedroom

We need our gutters cleaned on our two-story home in Kew East. One gutter is clogged, which is why I am reaching out, but the rest are not too bad. I have maintained most of the single-story myself, but I have not had a look at the second story. Would love a quote.

Supply and install a colour bond downpipe to an existing gutter down to the channel drain in front of my garage. I’m open to other reasonable installation advice. There are not enough downpipes so the gutter will overflow during heavy rain. Straight forward job and easy access and single floor.
