I would like to have our gutters cleaned, but I am more concerned about the outside of the gutters which have some dark marks/grime which I want removed. I have checked a small section, and they can be cleaned off. I estimate the total length of the gutters to be approx 70m.

I’m looking for an experienced and qualified waterproofing contractor to inspect and rectify the waterproofing of an existing outdoor balcony. The balcony was constructed by a previous owner many years ago. It appears that the original construction did not include an adequate waterproofing membrane or proper drainage/guttering system. I would like to have the balcony properly waterproofed and the drainage issues addressed to prevent water penetration and potential damage to the structure below.

The back section of the house is a flat roof and will require an extension ladder to get up there.
