Hi, I'm after a quote for gutter cleaning on a 2-storey home in Melbourne. House footprint is approximately 150 m². Please confirm whether downpipe clearing, debris removal, insurance, and before/after photos are included in the quoted price. It is a Colourbond roof, with some pitched roof & some flat roof with some box gutters. Next door is interested in getting their gutters cleaned as well.(Colourbond, many pitched roof)

The back section of the house is a flat roof and will require an extension ladder to get up there.
