I have an old kitchen tap that is leaking. I need you to remove it and install the new mixer that I have bought. Based in Maroubra. Prefer earlier in the week if possible (but not Monday). It’s a simple replacement but open to discuss price depending how long it takes.

The water to under the sink seems fine, dishwasher perfect and rest of the apartment as well. It happened a couple of months ago and then self corrected, but for the last few weeks I have minimal water pressure to the kitchen sink and it’s getting worse. I’ve u screwed and cleaned out the fawcet, there was nothing there. It’s a 10 year old renovation. Perhaps the taps need changing or there is a blockage? Who knows.

Remove one mixer and replace with another. Pretty easy job.

I need a dripping shower tap fixed. The grub screws are already missing however the end of the tap is stuck on and therefore I can’t replace the washer. I’m unsure if the handle has been calcified on or why it won’t come off. I’ve added the last two photos showing the inside of another tap in the house which is the same type/brand. I’m unsure what the brand is. Could purchase one or more of the attached taps if a replacement is needed but unsure if they would be compatible.

A shower mixer tap and a bath mixer tap are both dripping badly. But the mixer devices may be difficult to access. I would like the washers to be replaced if that would stop the dripping

There’s 3 parts to this plumbing job 1) replace leaking kitchen mixer tap (I have a good quality replacement) 2) redo s-bend under sink. I’ll attach a photo of the setup but the height of the s-bend and setup with dishwasher is problematic and gets blocked periodically. The horizontal waste pipe into wall can’t change position (in an apartment). You’ll need to get a lower profile sink plug to pipe section (grey bit below bowl in photos) and redo the s-bend so it’s higher/smaller to achieve better fall to waste. Dishwasher waste needs to attach to a spigot that is high enough to get it to drain. 3) replace mini isolation taps under sink (I will supply from Reece) This job obviously requires a plumbers licence. You’d need to provide a license number and I would check it. Need someone local that can do it quickly between my tenants. Pics provided. Budget flexible - you tell me what it would cost (confirming I’m supplying mixer tap and mini isolation taps, but that is all)

My shower is leaking water onto the bathroom floor. The water seems to be getting through a small gap/hole in the corner of the shower and coming out underneath, making a mess on the floor. I need someone to: • Inspect the corner of the shower where the water is getting through • Remove old silicone/sealant if needed • Properly reseal the area with waterproof bathroom silicone • Make sure the shower is watertight and no longer leaks The shower is in my apartment in Bronte Ideally someone experienced with bathroom sealing / handyman / plumbing work. Flexible with time but would like this fixed as soon as possible. Please bring the tools and silicone sealant needed for the job.

2 tasks: The shower head is leaking and may just need tightening. There is some plumber’s tape on it already, but it’s unclear whether it can be repaired or if it needs to be replaced. The sink drain is very slow. The plug moves up and down but doesn’t rotate or adjust in height.

Unblock bathroom toilet

Install 2x shelves in bathroom + fix toilet seat+ place sealant around bathtub. Remove soap holder and install one of the shelves in its spot. If it’s not suitable I might need to patch the hole and install in another spot.

Need someone to attend a blocked toilet, where the water is rising when flushed. Council has jet blasted the main line, only the branch line needs to be cleared.

Toilet seat on our Pasini - nahm toilet has come loose. One of the attachment hinges is broken (can see broken piece in photos). Though one of the hinges is still good, would like whoever does the job to replace both hinges, 2nd one looks like it could do with change (+10 years old). Job involved replacing both hinges for toilet seat to attach to new hinges

Toilet seat is loose. Bought set of screws designed to fix problem and need them installed. Or don’t mind if current screws are fixed. Toilet seat currently moves around.

Both buttons aren’t flushing the toilet. I think the internal flush mechanism needs a replacement. If you think it does, bring one and let me know the cost. :) I’ll check Bunnings for a rough idea.

Tenanted property in South Coogee, tenants have been in touch today that the toilet has been draining slowly i.e. the bowl would fill up then drain slowly. No issues prior to today with the toilet, I have owned the property since 2019. It is a conventional toilet with accessible cistern, on ground floor of a single storey semi detached house.
