Need to shift a hot water heater from 1st floor to ground floor

Price: not sure Old gas hot water system needs to be replaced. Can supply new gas hot water system and buy it. Or you can supply on either all 3rd level apartment. Not sure if ladder or probably might need scaffolding. Current system inside might move outside or inside if costly. . Other apartment has done so but on 2nd level. Get rid of old system and cover up where it was. Or alternatively if costly might get electronic system inside kitchen.

My hot water doesn’t work in my bathroom, but it does work in my kitchen. Strata manager advised that the issue is not with the hot water system, as this is working for the whole building. Internal issue is likely something to do with the tempering valve based on strata manager’s best guess

Instant gas hot water not working

We bought a new washing machine (in a new house) and we can’t seem to connect the hot water valve to water supply. Essentially the left hand red hose needs to connect like the right hand blue one does. It may require a diverter or some extra part, so please ensure you have that (or can tell me exactly what it is - there’s a Bunnings very close), as we’ve already bought a few clamps. It looks like a very simple and quick job for someone who knows what they’re doing - Due date: Needs to be done on Sunday, 28 January 2024
