Our hot water heater appears to be having an issue and the water is coming out with a yellow tinge. We expect sediment build up or a corroded anode rod or something similar. Or needs a total replacement. Need help diagnosing and fixing the issue

Build a cabinet around the water heater and pipes - two separate cabinets that still allow access to the heater.

Haven't had hot water for the past few days, the water heater looks old, not sure how serious the problem is and how long will it take to repair. Happy to adjust the budget if required.

Hi there We are in need of a qualified and registered plumber/electrician to exchange the hot water boilers in our property. We have bought a replacement unit for our ageing Rinnai Gas Water boiler and are in need of someone to take down the old unit and install the new one. There is also a temperature control unit in the house and we have checked with Rinnai that the new hot waiter boiler can be used in conjunction with it. Need to modify the water supply at the hot water feed and install a new control valve and connector to the fridge line and then run that supply behind the stove and through the cabinets to the fridge.
