Our Samsung Heat Pump Dryer is not spinning properly. The motor hums but it won’t spin. We found that the motor shaft is sitting too low as it is rubbing on the bottom, disabling the drum from spinning properly. This needs to be raised a little higher (see picture attached). Please let us know if you have experience with this. We need this done ASAP.

We have a washing machine and a heat pump dryer stacked. It is on the opposite end of the laundry sink where the waste is. We currently run a waste hose extension across the wall to the sink -- but the washing machine does not appear to have enough head and it is leaking/not draining properly.
