Hi, I need someone with an electrician background to fix a lamp. The light bulb is not turning on, so there seems to be a connection issue. In addition, the lamp is leaning forward slightly and just needs the screw at the base tightened.

My lamp is not working. It does not look like the light bulb is an issue but rather the cord or button to turn it on or off. How much would it cost to repair? Assuming the whole cord need to be bought and changed. If too pricy obviously not worth it and I need to buy a new lamp. Thanks.
