I’m looking for a cosmetic bathroom renovation in a 2-bedroom unit: replace the toilet, vanity, shaving cabinet, showerhead and shower screen; professionally resurface the existing bathtub; repair and paint the bathroom; retain the current layout, tiles and plumbing locations where possible.

since moving to our apartment this shower door has leaked badly, it’s only getting worse the bottom seal is totally corroded. I'm having some tiles delivered for a bathroom renovation. The tiles get delivered in a Pallette to the curb. I need someone strong /maybe even two people to take the tiles from curb drop off into the house (up one flight of stairs)

Re silicone shower that is mouldy and limestone. Has to be done properly with proper joins and with the correct tools to reduce risk of future mould (for example not using finger to shape the silicone as that adds bacteria). Also don’t want the metal parts to be further damaged. I have silicone but not the scraper or silicone remover.
