I need a old air conditioner unit detached from the wall

Service my air conditioner which has been playing up at times when I use it, it will not always turn on and will sometimes turn off mid way through use. Needs a proper service.

I have 2 Samsung air conditioner units. 1 is dedicated to servicing just the ground and at the moment is flashing a red light the other services level 1 and 2. There are 3 bedrooms on the middle level and they are all individually zoned and level 2 has 1 bedroom, which is also individually zoned. I believe the filters need to be looked at. The heating and cooling function doesn't seem to be working all that well either. Possibly needs to be filled with gas? Both units are not working properly and coming into winter, I don't want my son / daughter's or my room without heating.
