I have 2 Samsung air conditioner units. 1 is dedicated to servicing just the ground and at the moment is flashing a red light the other services level 1 and 2. There are 3 bedrooms on the middle level and they are all individually zoned and level 2 has 1 bedroom, which is also individually zoned. I believe the filters need to be looked at.
