The kitchen sink is currently not draining and the water remains in the basin. There is also leaking from the pipe underneath the sink. This kitchen is not connected to a normal gravity drain — it uses a pumping system (wastewater lifting pump/macerator system). The issue may be caused by a blockage or malfunction in the pump or a leak in the connected pipework.

Two new toilets to be installed to replace existing one. Job includes; 1) installation of two units with two trips. Remove cabinet wall and reinforce the cabinets to install new ice machine. There is also leakage from the hose connecting the tap to new ice machine which also needs to be repaired. Please see photos for details.
