Our Billi water mixed tap seems to have an issue: • The Billi unit shows no error messages on the panel. • The system sounds like it is heating normally (we can hear the boiling/heating sound from time to time). • The statistics and water temperature on the display appear normal. • However, no water is coming out from the tap, even though the orange indicator light on the tap is on.

Remove cabinet wall and reinforce the cabinets to install new ice machine. There is also leakage from the hose connecting the tap to new ice machine which also needs to be repaired. Please see photos for details.
