Leaking mixer tap in the laundry. Very wobbly. May need replacement? I want to connect my water filter to the tap.

My shower (10+ years old) is leaking from one bottom corner during use. The leak appears to be coming from where the shower screen frame meets the floor/wall. There is mould in the shower corners and the existing silicone is old. There are no signs of water damage outside the bathroom or below. I’m looking for someone to: * Inspect the source of the leak. * Recommend the appropriate repair. * Clean/remove the mould in the affected area. * Repair the leak and reseal if required. * Help prevent the issue from recurring. * Test the repair before finishing. Please include: * Your experience with shower leak repairs. * Whether materials are included. * Your quote. Photos attached.

Has a standard shower head with leaking connection. Need to switch out for a rail shower so possibly needs elbow to connect rail set up . Will supply rail and elbow if required

I am the owner of a 25-year-old apartment with a shower leaking into the downstairs unit. History of issue: • Leak presents in the apartment below • Bathroom is floor-to-ceiling tiled • Single mixer (combined hot/cold) • Fixed glass panel (no door) • Base of shower has been re-grouted with epoxy grout • Flood test completed – approx. 400L poured over shower base over 1 hour – NO leak • Shower run for 40 minutes unattended – NO leak • Leak ONLY occurs during active shower use when someone is physically showering I am seeking a plumber or leak detection specialist to properly diagnose the cause. I require: • Pressure testing of hot and cold lines to mixer • Inspection of mixer penetration waterproofing • Inspection of shower arm penetration • Moisture meter testing of surrounding walls • Assessment of potential membrane failure • Written report outlining cause and recommended rectification (required for strata) Please confirm: • Call-out fee • Hourly rate • Experience with apartment shower leak diagnostics • Whether you provide written reports Thank you

I need a leak report for my shower base. Leak is on the right edge highlighted resulting in a leak and damage to the downstairs ceiling. I need a report outlining the leak particularly the cause of the leak and the likelihood of it not being due to wear and tear but an impact. I also have a a building inspection from late last year when the property was purchased starting the good order of the shower which needs to be considered. Finally the base is currently sealed with tarp for waterproof use so will need to be replaced once removed for inspection.

Shower is leaking. I believe the washer needs to be replaced. It is not a problem with the shower head. I live in an apartment.

I have an exposed shower unit and it is leaking from a junction/connection - Due date: Before Thursday, 5 October 2023

Fix running toilet that isn't flushing

We just moved into a new high rise apartment, and need help to hang 2 large heavy paintings, 1 round large mirror, 3 small paintings, 1 wall piece, and we need a toilet roll holder fixed. Preferably they come with required heavy dutie screws.

My toilet is making constant hissing/flushing type noises throughout the day. Quick google search indicates this could be an issue with the valve, or fill flapper. Need help with investigating and fixing issue.
