From the initial plumbers inspection report regarding leak from bath pipe from our apartment to apartment below: After removing the temporary cover it was identified that the bath waste pipe has clear evidence of a long-term leak and water marking around the pipe concrete slab floor penetration. Heated flow test using approximately 1/4 of a bath filled did not leak, the crystallization is evident that it’s a very slow drip from the waste drain and the leak takes time to develop.

External drain preventing adequate flow to bathroom and kitchen. Requires air pressure hose and possibly camera to fix the problem

I'd like to get a quote on replacing my current hot water gas storage system to a Rinnai Infinity 20 (install and supply) It might not be the most straightforward installation (see pictures below). The quote I would like to get would involve the following: - Removal and disposal of gas storage system - Create access for electricity to the Rinnai through external wall brickwork into the kitchen - Supply and installation of Rinnai Infinity 20 - (optional) removal of current wooden lattice surrounding gas storage system Currently, the gas storage system sits in the courtyard but is about 70cm away from the brickwall. The gas and water pipes leading into the system come up from underneath the courtyard tiles, but they come into the system on the side furthest from the brick wall (the green lines on the photo). I'm not sure how we can redirect these to the wall mounted instantaneous unit. Please let me know if any additional photos or details are required

Probs just needs new valve, we think. Hubby has turned off water etc but can't work out how to access valve. Not a mixer, but two taps, think it's called 'half turn,' and it's the cold one leaking, we think. Tried going online to work it out but none of the taps online resemble ours. Already purchased valves.
