My shower handle is leaking and keeps dripping

Need help installing washing machine inflow and outflow pipes. This is a new property and it appears that the cold inflow tap is very tight and unable to work out the outflow situation. I’m sure this is very simple with the right tools. Hoping to have someone over ASAP
