Find an experienced plumber in Kensington VIC

Waterproofing the floors and the walls in laundry/toilet room and Kitchen. The size of the laundry/toilet is 5 m2 and the size of the kitchen is 9m2. I need one prime coat and two coats. Waterproof material supplied by client.

We noticed some water on an internal window sill in our ground-floor laundry and then saw some sagging in the ceiling. We think that there may be a leak in our bathroom plumbing upstairs (directly above the laundry).

each time we run our washing machine, there's a strong smell of sewerage from the laundry drain. I've used Draino in there a couple of time, but didn't make a difference to the smell. Could this be looked at and fixed by a plumber, please

Need to change the P trap on my bathroom basin. Bought a 40mm but think it is 32mm. Hoping someone has a 32mm standard P Trap with an offshoot for a washing machine outlet, and can change them over. Thanks :)

I need the existing downstairs toilet in my house to be removed and then a new toilet installed after the new tiling is installed. I've included an image.

Remove a floor standing bathroom vanity 1200cm x 47cm upstairs. Remove it to the garden. Install a new floor standing bathroom ADP vanity 1200cm x 50 cm x 85 cm. The vanity is in downstairs and needed to move to upstairs. Remove the laundry unit and toilet in downstairs.

The shower floor waste and Bend are leaking onto the plasterboard ceiling on the lower level.

I need a plumber to cut this shower waste & trap out & install a new one before we sheet the shower base. We have a puddle flange, some bends & a 800mm length of pipe ready to go. Job is in Kensington.
