Looking for an experienced roofer to investigate and repair a roof leak at a 2-storey townhouse. Budget is a guess only. Happy to pay additional costs if a larger repair is identified following inspection. We don’t need the plastering done. The leak is occurring in the front bedroom of the home. Based on the roof layout, we suspect it’s related to the box gutter on the same side of the roof. Please only quote if you have experience with box gutters and leak detection & repair on double-storey homes. Happy to arrange an inspection before work commences if required.

Plant from neighbour’s garden (Morning Glory) has grown into the roof of my property and is sprouting in the gutters. Would like someone to please remove plant from roof/gutters so that it does not regrow. Person would need to bring their own equipment. This is a rental property and you will need to access roof from inside the house,

We have a crack in the box gutter down side of terrace house. I cleared away some of the old sealant and it needs rust cleaned out and replacement tin patch then new rivots and resealed. I have a ladder, drill and some spare new gutter to cut patch from. See 3 photos and feel free to ask questions.

Gutter is leaking every time it gets overflow from the air conditioner. Gutter was cleaered 3 weeks ago, has not resolved the issue. Can see where it has come apart a little on the side. Job needs ladder to reach second.floor.
