Got rid a my gas kitchenette now need new stove / oven and hood installed. I want the oven placed next to the dishwasher and move the set of drawer against the wall. Also will need the cupboards overhead switch over to get the hood in line with new stove top.

My existing Rinnai 24 instant gas Hot water unit is leaking and requires replacement. I have obtained a second hand Rinnai 26 to replace it with. I need a plumber to swap the units.

My water heater is leaking and needs to be repaired urgently by a licensed plumber. It has been leaking for a day or so based on the wetness underneath.
