I am looking to bring in a new vanity to my bathroom (old one is already gone). I will fix the vanity to the wall but I need you to install the tap, lay the pipes and put silicone between vanity and backslash. There are also two minor jobs to be done. Change the laundry mixer (I’ve got the new one, just need you to remove old and bring in new). Also I removed the silicone from the shower basin and want you to lay a new one for me.

We have to turn the taps really tight in order to stop the dripping. Please supply and fit necessary parts to fix it
