Toilet is flushing and after it flushes there’s a trickle of continuous water, rather than it turning off properly

The hose of our Miele dishwasher (normal size) is blocked. We have done the troubleshooting and isolated the blockage to the flexible tube which we cannot access even though we took the dishwasher out of the carcass
