Job Details: Apartment on first floor: Disconnect existing Bosch dishwasher and load it into your vehicle. Drive the dishwasher to House about 500m away in Elwood. Disconnect the dishwasher at the house, and install/test the dishwasher brought from the apartment. Load the second dishwasher and [bring it back to the apartment on first floor to install. My HWS is on off peak power. Since Monday the switch tripped immediately when power is on. hWS is quite old so may need replacing but for now I just need to fix the tripping problem to get the hot water back. I live in apartments, 3 levels build and HWS located in roof cavity. Was ok before, but there was a minor leaking at HWS and plumber stopped the leaking but tripping occurred after that. Cost can be discussed if the element or other items require replacing.

Andy is hands down the best plumber I've ever hired! The job was just to replace one washer, but he replaced the other one too and even cleaned the turning mechanism without charging extra. On top of that, he noticed another tap was loose and tightened it without being asked. His attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond were amazing. If you’re looking for a reliable and thoughtful plumber, I can’t recommend Andy enough!
