Find an experienced plumber in Brunswick East

I have two existing fixed outdoor wall taps (hot and cold) and I want them professionally combined into a single outlet using a proper mixing tap or manifold. Key requirements: • Install isolation valves on both hot and cold • Combine feeds via a manual mixer or manifold (not a hose splitter) • Provide one single outlet • Outlet must allow me to: • connect an outdoor shower OR • disconnect the shower and attach a standard garden hose • No backflow or DIY hose-joiner solutions This is for an outdoor setup. Exposed pipework is fine (copper preferred but open to advice). Important: • I do not want Y-connectors, hose splitters, or garden fittings merging the taps • Looking for a plumber or experienced installer who understands hot/cold mixing

Sewage line gets perpetually clogged, needs high powered jetting. This is a known issue that the landlord refuses to fix long term.

Kitchen sink needs to be retightened, the area to work is quite tight. Bolt needs to be removed and placed back in again with the clamp added. Tried myself but the bolt got in but could not be removed to place the clamp in.

I just need one for the bathroom sink to be replaced. I will provide the taps and mixers

Taps are dripping. One of them is also leaking from the base of the tap (see photo). I suspect it’s just a matter of replacing the washers, but it could be more complicated?

I am looking for a plumber to assist with some odd jobs that need doing in the property we are moving into soon. Fixing a leaking washer supply tap in laundry and a loose tap in ensuite. Check/replace any other failing tap components. Install new plumbing for a plumbed in fridge - the fridge cavity is directly behind the laundry tub.

The door for the balcony on the first floor keeps coming open on its own on windy days. This seems to be because the strike has worn down so the latch is unable to lock into it. Secondly, the hot water tap seems to have stopped working in the bathroom on the second floor. We have no issues with any taps or water elsewhere in the house. Please offer sensible quotes! We’ve noticed a leak in the bath upstairs and the water is running down the walls into the hallway downstairs. We’re unsure if this is coming from the tap in the bath or somewhere else but there is a lot of water around the bath from the tap (which we hadn’t realised at first) so we’re unsure if the leak was from this, or from when the bath was being drained

Disconnect washing machine hose from tap
