The door for the balcony on the first floor keeps coming open on its own on windy days. This seems to be because the strike has worn down so the latch is unable to lock into it. Secondly, the hot water tap seems to have stopped working in the bathroom on the second floor. We have no issues with any taps or water elsewhere in the house. I'm looking for a plumber who is happy to do both jobs. Cheers! No photos available

We’re unsure if this is coming from the tap in the bath or somewhere else but there is a lot of water around the bath from the tap (which we hadn’t realised at first) so we’re unsure if the leak was from this, or from when the bath was being drained

Mixer tap cap to be removed (unscrewed) - will require the necessary wrench or similar. It is extremely tight as we have tried with a strap wrench and a vice grip with no luck.
