Install my laundry machine into the water system

I have purchased a Benchtop dishwasher and had planned attaching to tap at sink when using. The hose does not fit and the converter I purchased to fix the size difference will not fit on the thread on the tap. I need either the correct fixture, or an under sink attachment alternative installed.

Change the older tap to a new one

Take out existing double sink and replace with large single sink (same size overall) replace existing tap with filtered tap. Waste will need to be adjusted to suit

check the leak from the apartment upstairs

Toilet drips when flushed, needs to be tightened or sealed.

I am looking for a plumber to assist with some odd jobs that need doing in the property we are moving into soon. Fixing a leaking washer supply tap in laundry and a loose tap in ensuite. Check/replace any other failing tap components. Install new plumbing for a plumbed in fridge - the fridge cavity is directly behind the laundry tub.

My dishwasher is blocked (thanks to an ex). I need it unblocked and cleared.

The door for the balcony on the first floor keeps coming open on its own on windy days. This seems to be because the strike has worn down so the latch is unable to lock into it. Secondly, the hot water tap seems to have stopped working in the bathroom on the second floor. We have no issues with any taps or water elsewhere in the house. I'm looking for a plumber who is happy to do both jobs. Cheers! No photos available

Please offer sensible quotes! We’ve noticed a leak in the bath upstairs and the water is running down the walls into the hallway downstairs. We’re unsure if this is coming from the tap in the bath or somewhere else but there is a lot of water around the bath from the tap (which we hadn’t realised at first) so we’re unsure if the leak was from this, or from when the bath was being drained

Our piping for our irrigation system has sprung a leak above ground. I need someone to repair ASAP. See photo, the leak is at the bottom of the white U bend.

The thread of a spindle in the shower is worn out and needs to be replaced
