Find an experienced plumber in Brunswick East

I was overseas and was told there was a water leak coming from the roof of my garage (the floor of my lounge). A neighbour turned off my water so I'm not sure what the issue was, but my rugs upstairs were wet and the garage floor. I need someone to investigate and fix!

Mixer tap cap to be removed (unscrewed) - will require the necessary wrench or similar. It is extremely tight as we have tried with a strap wrench and a vice grip with no luck.

Remove old tap and replace with new one.

originally supposed to be installed by provider company but apparently he quoted our case needed a longer water pipe than a standard one. need a licensed tradie with the pipe (hose and power cord is already here) who can provide invoice. thanks

I’ve got a washing machine set up in my flat, but there’s no drainage hole in the wall or floor. The only option is to run the drain pipe into the bathtub. I need help securely attaching the pipe above the bathtub (likely to the wall or tiles) so it stays in place while the machine is running and doesn’t flood the bathroom. The washing machine is already connected to the taps — it’s just the drainage pipe that needs securing. This is a rented property, so I’d really appreciate a solution that causes minimal or no damage to the wall/tiles (e.g. adhesive hooks or non-permanent fixings if possible). You may need to provide or suggest a suitable attachment/hook/bracket. Please bring any necessary tools or equipment. Let me know if you’ve done something similar before.

Looking to have someone come out and take a look at what needs to be done. It’s an older house with subfloor access including through the floor. The job is to set up the pipe work for the plumbing of a smallish bathroom room with one toilet, bath and vanity. As well as move the toilet in the laundry over by a metre or so. Scope is to get it ready for waterproofing

High pitched noise when hot water being used. Understand this is tempering valve as common issue in apartment building.

Need to complete maintenance job on taps in multiple rooms in house driven by issue that has just occurred with leaking tap in shower. 1. All taps in bathroom and laundry the same type. Around 25 years old standard taps. All have thermal handle barrier tap inserts that need removal and replacement. (see images) 2. Tap in powder room also requires replacement of Tap valve, washers etc. but different taps (see images) Room 1 - Bathroom 2x Taps Shower - Currently shower is leaking and have to turn hot water on and off to stop leak - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert - Already replaced cold water, but may need new thermal handle barrier tap insert. - Hot water cover will not budge, need expertise here to remove 2x Taps Basin - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert Room 2 - Laundry 2 * Taps - Tap Valves, washers, thermal handle barrier tap insert Room 3 - Powder room 2 * Taps - Tap Valves, washer. These taps differ from the rest of the taps in the house and unsure if they have thermal handle barrier tap inserts. Hoses may need tightening up for these ones as well. Note, you will need to supply parts to complete job.

My sink plug was pushed down and now is stuck.
