Need my toilet unclugged, water goes down eventually.

When I flush my toilet it rises to the top full of crap

So a mystery smell is coming from a hot water service in a cupboard in the bathroom. The smell is intermittent every other day - but usually after hot water has been used. There is no smell coming out of the tap, just from the cupboard / in the bathroom. It’s horrible! It’s on hard floor so I can’t see a water leak externally 🤷‍♂️ Hoping a plumber knows what it is and can come onsite this week day or night and fix it !

I have bought a new tap for my kitchen sink (from Bunnings). But I realised that I don't have some tool to unscrew the current tap and install new one. I'm in apartment and water vault can be turn off right underneath the sink. It's very very simple job. Looking for someone to do that for me. I'm in no rush. So it doesn't need to be on the weekend.

Our dish drawer dishwasher has started making a whirring noise and says error - please help! For bonus we also have a ball faucet tap that is leaking slightly, would love help with that too but dishwasher is main thing

Kitchen tap keeps dripping unless taps are turned off very very tightly. Expect washer needs to be replaced however unsure. Two seperate taps - you will need to bring washers and equipment to complete this job please.

Remove two shower head arms from wall (can’t seem to do it myself!!) and replace with new shower head with rail, new shower head with rail has no drilling required.

Our dishwasher stops constantly and indicates a drainage issue. We have recently had a plumber clear our kitchen pipes and have checked the outlet hose and filter for blockages but the error persists.

Sink is blocked - we have had a handyman look at it already but the blockage is further down than can be accessed. Professional plumbing equipment/tools required.

Water pipe under the house needs to be re-pinned to the joist. Was repinned about 3 years ago and has come loose again. Access to under the house can be from the side of the house with a manhole dug in. Old Victorian house with little room under the house. Timber decking on concrete stumps. Water hammer occurs from mixer tap in the kitchen as well as the washing machine (cold tap connected only. Will need some further plumbing work done on roof guttering and drainage in the next few weeks as well.
