The table lamp shown in the photos has stopped working, and I’m not sure what the cause is. You can see the brand name in the pictures. It is controlled by a small rotary dial that adjusts both the power and the brightness. I am looking for an experienced electrician or handyman to troubleshoot and fix it.

My guess is that the shelf was attached to the wall by glue. There are nail holes but no nails. It's now coming out and need to be reattached to the wall.
