I have a painting that needs to be hung on the wall and a small floating shelf to be installed. The wall is gyprock and I think concrete might be behind the gyprock so a hammer drill and wall plugs could be required however I’m not 100% sure. It’s a small job that should take 60 minutes or less.

Issue details: • The crack is located at the corner of the staircase, where the metal handrail meets the wall/trim. • The damage appears to be caused by long-term pressure/movement from the handrail against the wall trim. • This is not a structural issue, but the trim has separated and needs proper repair before selling the property.
