100" fixed frame screen installed onto concrete wall

Broken / rusted screw stuck in shower wall with remaining bits of the wallplug. I have a shower shelf (measured to be the same size) to be installed once the screws are removed.

My chair has become a bit loose and makes noise when used. The screws don’t seem to tighten properly anymore. I need someone to inspect it, tighten or replace screws if needed, and make the chair stable again. Should be a quick job for someone with the right tools.

My blinds fell out of the ceiling, including the frame. Need it urgently fixed. Ceiling is about 3m high.

Need a replacement door (with hinges) under the kitchen sink. If it's possible to have a replicate of the existing, that would be preferred. Old one was discarded a long time ago.

Looks like a wire is exposed, so when I plug in the lamp, it sparks. Note- this is a heavy floor lamp (approx 60kg) so will need to be repaired in apartment

Couple of years ago, put a TV up on a gyprock wall. That time installer put 3 holes in the wall to mount the TV bracket. Now I need to fix up the holes. Paint maybe required.
