Must be able to also install a cable outlet for cables to run down from tv, and some holes at the rear of cabinets for cables to run through - see attached image for examples. Ideally pickup before midday today. Pickup Tempe. Drop off: Alexandria. Parking available.

I have some pretty bad wood rot in my outdoor courtyard. Want to sell my house so need to patch all the holes and maybe a few pieces of timbre need replacing. Prob a couple of full days worth of work I am guessing. Do you just do an hourly rate? Happy to pay you for two full days and see how much you can get done. What is the cost per hour? The wooden board under my sink kitchen is mouldy and has started leaking. Looking for a handy man who can get the replace. Will pay for the new board.

Got a wooden crate . Need guy with power drill to take out screws. And put in light bulbs

Old air conditioning unit removed and new one put in a different place. Surface about 1m wide and 25cm high. Screwbolts need removing. Hole was inlet from external extractor. Photos available.

Please remove the old wall mount bracket in the photo attached. Please measure and install the 2 x new brackets to the wall. You will need to bring your own screws / bolts to attach these to the wall along with your own power tools / step ladder etc. Wall is tiled with brick (I think) behind it. Please hang new dryer on the newly installed mounts :) Can assist with lifting and pivoting this into place :) Thank you!

We have a kids canopy to be screwed into the ceiling and a shelf to be put up on the wall. Very straightforward work but will require a drill.
