I need someone experienced with small concreting and/or landscaping jobs to install a new freestanding parcel letterbox. Scope Remove the existing old letterbox and rusted steel post. Construct a suitable concrete footing or plinth for the new parcel letterbox. Install and securely fix the new letterbox so it is level and plumb. Ensure the finished installation looks neat and professional. Site Existing driveway/path is on a slope. There is an existing concrete slab, but I'm open to the best installation method (either beside the slab or on it if appropriate). Photos attached. Job 1 – Supply & Install 2 Side Access Gates Two side access gates required (front and rear side access). Looking for a modern horizontal slat design. Preferred finish: Dark Merbau or dark walnut timber. Black powder-coated steel frame. Include quality hinges, latch and key lock. Please advise if you can supply the gates or if you'd prefer I purchase them. Job 2 – Install Folding Clothesline Install a wall-mounted folding clothesline on the side of the house. Clothesline will likely be supplied by me (please confirm if you can also supply one). Installer to provide all fixings and ensure secure installation into the wall. We need a professional to install a new letterbox. The work would involve digging a hole for a tall letterbox pole, mixing concrete to pour into the hole, and then sliding the pole into the wet concrete down to the ground. The finale will be to affix the letterbox to the pole once the concrete footing has firmed. We expect the letterbox pole to be dead straight. You’d need to supply your own concrete mix, digging equipment, and tools.

Remove & Reinstall Lockbox (2 Visits Required) I'm looking for someone handy to complete a small two-part job as my apartment building is replacing all of the letterboxes. Visit 1 – Wednesday (any time): Remove the existing lockbox from my current letterbox. The lockbox is screwed into the inside of the letterbox (see attached photo). Visit 2 – Thursday Evening: Return once the new letterboxes have been installed. Drill and securely install the same lockbox inside the new metal letterbox. You will need to bring your own drill and suitable drill bits for metal, along with any tools required. Please add a comment that you are able to complete the job on these specified days.
