The very old letterbox has been removed however the metal bracket that secured it into the ground remains. I need this cut back so that it doesn’t stick out of the grass. OR can completely remove the concrete base. Either way!

Have a new letterbox and post to replace one that was recently damaged. Hole is already dug though may need more work and the letterbox post set in concrete with a portion of the concrete above ground as a collar to be able to mow easily around the post.
