I need help repairing gaps in my cornice. We recently installed split air conditioners and had to make holes in the cornice for the piping. I’m seeking a reliable and experienced plasterer to repair a water damaged ceiling and cornice in a rental property located in Altona North. The roof leak has already been repaired. Old cupboards from 1970s have been removed and the wall/cornice/ceiling now needs resurfacing on two walls. See pictures attached. An old wardrobe unit that was built in has been removed. There is a plank at the top that I’m not able to remove myself as it’s nailed in and I’m concerned I’ll rip the ceiling / plaster. We have 2 rooms where old wardrobes have been removed. These areas need to be painted to match the rest of the room. There is also cornice repair required for parts of these areas as well. Reattach Kitchen cornices - 2 pieces as shown in the pictures. Cornices to be attached to Kitchen joinery and ceiling. Cornice edges may need to be sanded down as existing dried filler is still attached. Tasker is to bring their own nails, adhesive and filler.
