I need the cornices in my apartment taken down and replaced. (Only in bedroom, one of the 2900 walls does not need to be done - 4900x2900)

We need a wall repaired in the laundry. The wall area size is 2150*2700mm (CSR Aquadeck or equivalent Gyprock) as shown in the image. We also need cornice fitted at the top and skirting along the bottom, both 2150mm long each. As pictured there are laundry sink taps on the left. These taps need to come through the gyprock and a plastic splashback to be installed (800x600mm). The PVC piping for the sink and washer taps need to come through the gyprock The gyprock as two pieces will need the flat joint and taped added, all screw holes filled. We don't require the wall painted but can consider your quote to do this separately

Plaster cornice needs replacing. A leak was fixed years ago which damaged the cornice. It was never replaced. We are preparing for sale, painter is coming in a weeks time.

I have an original plaster cornice that is starting to come loose. the cornice is intact, however needs to be fixed back into place. I want to keep the cornice as its original and matching the rest of the house. House is in Surry Hills 2010, Im not sure what sort of trade I need to do this, maybe a plasterer? Would love this done this week before it comes down or breaks under the flexion thanks so much. Photos attached.

Have a crack the ceiling and cornice that requires repair or to be filled in. Not that this is above stairs in the second story roof.

Please finish installing cornice in our kitchen renovation. It's an old terrace so the walls aren't perfectly level, we had difficulty doing it as a DIY (one panel is installed; see pics). We are not worried about cornice in the area above the cabinets/fridge; we can box that out. We will need to order more material ahead of the install date, the leftovers from last time got wet. We can also patch, caulk and paint ourselves, or can let you complete the full job for a reasonable price. My husband is quite handy and familiar with the trades industry; will want a reliable and experienced installer.

I'm seeking a tradie to repair the roof lining of my back patio in Cragieburn. The plasterboard and cornices will need to be replaced. I am seeking someone to quote me for both materials and labour. It measures approx 308cm x 394 cm and it about 3m high. The roof lining collapsed several months ago. The area was made safe by my insurance company (all debris removed, electrics disconnected completely) and covered up with chipboard. They determined via a structural engineer that the collapse happened due to installation and construction defects and are not covering it. So I am seeking someone who is willing to do a compliant replacement (see relevant details from engineer report in one of the attached images). I am seeking someone with availability this week on either Tuesday Sept 30, Wednesday Oct 1, Thursday Oct 2 or Friday Oct 3. Parking on site is easy in my driveway and everything is on the ground floor with easy access to the back via the garage.
