i would like my bedroom's (3.6x 3.8m) ceiling and cornice to be removed and reinstall with a new one.

Gyprocker to patch holes in ceiling of a room and assess other areas of the house that may need to be patched up as well. No painting will be required.

Cornice (standard size) supply and installation for 2 rooms (see floor plan attached for measurements). Bed 1 and 2. Coverings needed for furniture and carpet if sanding is required.

Supply paint. Paint full ceiling and cornices - primer + 2 coats ceiling white. Include painters patch and preparation if necessary. Bed room 1 - 3.5 x 3m approx. Entire room will already have water damaged ceiling replaced by others. ie. new ceiling and cornice. Bed room 2 - 3 x 3m approx. Paint water stained existing ceiling and cornice. Corridor / hallway. Paint water stained existing ceiling and cornice. Laundry. Paint water stained existing ceiling and cornice.

1. BED ROOM - 3.5M X 3M approx. Remove and dispose of damaged ceiling sheet and cornice. Supply and fix new ceiling insulation bats, ceiling sheet, set and sand in preparation for paint by others Supply and fix new cornice in preparation for paint by others. 2. KITCHEN Patch set and sand already fixed inspection panel in preparation for painting by others.

Old cupboards from 1970s have been removed and the wall/cornice/ceiling now needs resurfacing on two walls. See pictures attached. There may be other odd small plastering jobs through the house that can be added as a separate task once assessed. Please include materials in your quote, or advise how much they will be in addition to labour.

An old wardrobe unit that was built in has been removed. There is a plank at the top that I’m not able to remove myself as it’s nailed in and I’m concerned I’ll rip the ceiling / plaster. The plaster cornice on either side also needs repairing. Pics attached. Hoping for repair asap but can be flexible. I’m having some flooring work done so will have to work around that. No painting required - I’ll do that :)

Reattach Kitchen cornices - 2 pieces as shown in the pictures. Cornices to be attached to Kitchen joinery and ceiling. Cornice edges may need to be sanded down as existing dried filler is still attached. Tasker is to bring their own nails, adhesive and filler.

Plasterer needed today to complete this job- cornices and internal part plus patching hole in roof. All plastered and trimmed. Just needs finishing off. We have all materials.
