Looking for someone to finish off some ceiling repairs in our kitchen following a renovation. As shown in the photos, we need: * Ceiling patched/repaired where required * Missing/damaged cornice replaced and finished to match the existing cornice * Timber beam coated as needed and sanded/prepped so it can be painted white * All repaired areas finished smooth and ready for painting Ideally looking for someone experienced with plastering/ceiling repairs who can get everything looking neat and properly finished. If you’re also able to paint the ceiling, cornice and beam white once completed, that would be a bonus and we’re happy to discuss including this in the job, but painting isn’t essential. We’d like to get this completed fairly soon as it’s holding up the final finishing pieces of our new kitchen. Please let me know if materials are included in your offer or if we need to supply anything.

Finish plastering entry wall + kitchen cornice ready for painting We’ve nearly finished our laundry renovation and just need the final plastering work completed. We are looking for someone experienced in plastering/finishing to: * Finish and set the newly sheeted wall around the laundry entry/opening * Set/fill all joins, screw holes and edges * Finish around the doorway and adjoining wall sections * Repair/finish the ceiling joins where required * Install/finish the remaining cornice in the kitchen/laundry entry area * Sand everything smooth and leave the area completely ready for painting Plasterboard has already been installed, so this is mainly finishing/set work and cornice. Happy to supply materials if needed, however preference is for someone who can supply their own materials and has all their own tools — I’ve practically been living at Bunnings throughout this renovation and would love not to make another trip 😂 Photos show the current condition. Arch on wall to be removed and made straight and install about 15m of cornices on living room

I hv 4 ikea wardrobes already assembled but they can’t stand up in the room as they’re too tall. I therefore need wardrobes sanded down approximately 3cms. I need the cornice removed so the cupboards sit flush against the wall & also the carpet cut so they sit in a flat surface.

Fix split cornices, just a small job

Need 2 meters of cornice installed along one straight path in my laundry. Simple straightforward job, shouldn’t take even an hour.

Build base for ikea cabinets, assemble and install ikea cabinets. Add small bulkhead and cornice around cabinets once installed.
