Find professional cornice repairs in Outer West Sydney

Please patch the holes left behind when a small built in wardrobe was removed. A new, longer wardrobe is going in over the top so it doesn’t need to be painted, but do want the holes repaired, any residual silicone removed, smooth/sanded finish. NO PAINTING NEEDED. White filler is perfect/fine. For scale, the new wardrobe is going to be 2200 width, 650 depth, 1950 upright, and that’s larger than the old one was. First floor apartment in St Marys.

6-7 meters of 90mm corince to replace. No painting required. Take off damaged cornice off the walls.

Looking for an experienced painter to paint my connected lounge and dining rooms. Scope includes walls, skirting boards, and window sills, with some light prep work required (sanding and minor patching where needed). Ceilings do not need full painting, aside from a small patch near the kitchen cornices (see photos). Painter to supply paint (included in quote) and bring all tools/equipment. Need a gyprocker or plasterer to fix up some walls in the house. A wall was removed and needs patching and some cornice work along with some patches from old lights and switches.
