The floorboards next to my laundry doors are dipping in when stepped on. I’m assuming this is from previous water damage from the previous owners. It looks like it’s tried to be repaired before but they just didn’t do a good job??

Kitchen sink tap is leaking at the top whenever we turn it on it overflows or sprays from the top. Will send photos.

I attempted to replace the starter pull cord on my Toro mower (Briggs & Stratton 163cc engine) but need help finishing the job. The old rope has been removed, and I have the new rope and handle ready. Just need someone to properly feed and tie the new cord into the recoil pulley, preload the spring, and reassemble the housing. Mower is in otherwise good condition. I accidentally pierced a hole in the irrigation pipe when I was digging a hole for a plant. I bought a joiner but I have no idea how to make the pipe seal so the water can flow through to the plants on the other side of the driveway I also have ornamental pear trees that I’m concerned might become unruly and am looking for guidance on how to prune them.
