My pull-down attic ladder (spring-loaded, folding type) won't close. The hatch no longer latches. I think one of the side springs or bolts has come loose, so the ladder now sits slightly crooked and the hatch can't lock shut. I'm looking for someone who has worked with attic ladders to: • Work out what's loose or out of alignment (spring, hinge bolt or arm) • Re-secure or replace the faulty part so the ladder folds and closes properly • Check that the ladder is safe to use afterwards Please bring basic tools. Need the gap around the archway closed off with an mdf backing around it where the gap is and then we need a corner bead applied to it. Photos provided is what it currently is looking like. Create a whole for some network/NBN cables in a cabinet 3. Wrap some spare carpets in a large plastic covering in the garage 4. Fix fridge vibration, possibly just needs some feet adjustment 5. Check the rangehood, likely needs a replacement, advise on what could fit, have measured it to be 90 cm but unsure of depth and space requirements. 6. Adding a flyscreen, checking space 7. Check water tank pump, see what the issue is, what might be needed. 8. Switchboard cupboard magnet/fix to ensure it closes properly 9. Guest bathroom toilet holder flimsy 10. Laundry stairs sturdiness If you can't do everything that's no issue, see what's possible and I can always get someone else.

We have had some water damage in our basement. Works required: 1. Replace skirting and painting (approx 2-2.5m length) 2. 2 doorframes, the architraves have expanded at the bottom. Either replace a section or sand it. Paint architrave too 4. Inline exhaust not working. I will buy replacement but require assistance installing it. Note: I think I may have the paint required for the painting works.

The toilet seat hinge is broken. The screw cannot be removed that holds the anchor in place.Either thread is damaged or rust has built up. Screw needs to be cut off or drilled out. I have new pin/hinge to replace

One of the hinges has come loose from the laundry door. Have attached photo of the one that's still attached. Might need a new hinge as it's rusted a bit. I think the hinge block is fine.
