I'm looking for someone who can lift an installed hybrid floor (Preference Iconic range), put down acoustic rubber underlay and reinstall pre-existing hybrid floor. Apartment in Fitzroy, 45sqm. - Due date: Flexible

I need the carpet and carpet underlay removed from a room which is about 3m x 5 m. There is an underlay which is stuck down onto the wooden floorboards underneath (see pics). It’s stuck to the floor with a kind of sticky black foamy substance. I tried getting the underlay and the black foamy substance off and it came off with a scraper. Pouring boiling water and soap onto it first helped to soften it. A machine would make it much quicker but it could be done by hand. Underneath are sanded and varnished floorboards. So what I want is to remove the carpet, remove the underlay, and remove all the black foam that is stuck to the boards, then clean the floor so it's not sticky or dirty (Orange cleaner worked best for this) so that it will just be clean wooden floorboards remaining. All of the black sticky foam must be completely removed and disposed of. It's in an upstairs unit, it's a rental property. It must be done till the floorboards are perfectly clean and all the black foam underlay is removed. Please be careful not to scratch the floorboards. Want a slightly darker/less orange colour that will not show as much dirt and not scratch so easily. The treatment on the floor currently is not enough for the foot traffic we get in the store. Scratching in one room but minimal scratching in the other. Both about 6x4 rooms
