Some Vinyl tiles are lifting and must be either glued back down or relayed. I do have spares. Then the edge of the vinyl into the entrance of the kitchen/bar area is broken and needs a new edge.

Hello! We live in a small 2 bedroom apartment and need caulking done between the skirting boards and vinyl planks in the combined kitchen / living & hallway area. The property is currently empty so it’s easy to get around. See attached floor plan, the perimeter around the darker blue area is where we need the caulking done.
