We are looking at installing timber floor in the bedroom. At the moment there is carpet in the bedroom and timber floor in the rest of the flat. The subfloor is concrete. The room is approx 3.3mt x 3.7mt. Timber floor that needs to be installed is Tasmanian Oak parquetry (340x85x14mm). I sourced the timber floor but no underlay as I don't know what should be used.

Room 2 is 5.4 lineal metres, needing underlay,carpet and a doorway transition piece. Carpet, underlay and doorway transition is supplied and onsite waiting to be installed. No removal required of old carpet or materials. For an apartment in Brunswick 3056, lift access. Labour, tools, smooth edge, glue etc required. Needing completed either Sunday or Monday 4th or 5th December or another organised date.

Our tiler has had a previous job blow out by two weeks so we are keen to get our floor laid in the next few days if possible. The space is a small backroom and a tiny kitchen. Looking for a flooring installer to install approx 38m2 Hybrid Floating floors in ground floor apartment - living room, 1 x bedroom, hallway and kitchen. Carpet and skirting boards have been removed. Concrete floor had been sanded back to level it off. Floorboards are already on site and ready to go. I will install new skirting boards after flooring is complete. We need engineered timber flooring installed in our townhouse. There is carpet that needs to be ripped out and removed as part of the process. We require glued-down floorboards, not floating. The area requiring installation is our entry way, a hallway and staircase (17 steps). It is approximately 25sqm total. What we the Australian blackbutt floorboards that need to be installed.
