Hello! Can anyone help me with a timber floor that’s damage due to a water leak / moisture. I have moved a tv unit that was on top and discovered the damage. I have no idea how to fix this or where to start. Please help me.

We have hybrid flooring in our townhouse and a few tongues have slipped out of their grooves. We have 5 spare boards that we want to replace the worst spots with. It would be removing trim, replacing the damaged boards and then replacing the trim. The townhouse is pretty narrow, so none of the boards that need to be replaced would be more than 50cm away from a wall.

A few areas under the carpet are squeaky on the 1st floor of townhouse. Need to find someone that can confidently repair them. The carpets will be replaced on 21st Jan. I'll need someone to repair any loose floorboard or whatever the issue might be, between the 17th to 20th Jan.

Hello I have a small townhouse and I just need some help with the downstairs AREA ONLY to help complete my task the upstairs has been done just the downstairs area not including the lounge room where there is carpet so it’s a small area please help!!

I have a lounge room that is currently carpeted and want to install solid wood Baltic pine floorboards. I have already acquired the floorboards and taken up the carpet. The floor underneath is MDF or particle board. I need a 2mm acoustic underlay put down and the flooring installed. I will supply the boards and underlay. Total area is 33sqm.

There is a small area needs repair on the carpet, around 50x150mm size. I dont have a spare carpet piece unfortunately. After the repair, carpet cleaning of 26m2 area and de-flea application required. This needs to be done on 2nd of Jan. Invoice will be needed as proof for the agency.

I need 4 skirting boards cut to fit 3 internal corners. Preference is for coping rather than mitre. I can fit the boards, but i need the 45degree cuts and coping done accurately
