I have been trying to up date from Win 10 to Win 11. I understand i need enable TPM 2.0. Each time I get to Bios and settings the interaction freezes as open settings. The display also shows Chinese characters in part while the rest remains in English characters. have tried various approaches to this problem. I even thought it may be the particular monitor not displaying correctly but swapping made no difference. I have just about given up - Win 10 works fine on the PC that I assembled myself a few years back. I decided to seek help. If this can be fix remotely I be quite OK with that.
