Hi, I recently built a new PC using the parts purchased. The system works correctly with one RAM stick installed, but it fails to boot when I install both sticks for dual-channel operation. Here is the issue: The PC boots normally with one RAM stick installed in slot A2. The system shows normal temperatures and enters BIOS without errors. However, when I install both RAM sticks in A2 + B2 (the correct dual-channel configuration), the system fails to boot and shows red CPU and yellow DRAM debug lights on the motherboard. I have already performed the following troubleshooting steps: Cleared CMOS multiple times. Reseated RAM sticks several times. Tried each RAM stick individually in slot A2. Confirmed AIO cooler, CPU power cables, GPU, and other components work normally. The PC only boots with one stick. Installing the second stick causes memory training failure. Based on these tests, it appears that either: One of the RAM sticks may be faulty, or The RAM kit may not be training properly as a pair. I would appreciate your assistance.

Hi everyone, my mobile internet normally works when I’m out and about, for example at a shopping centre, the library, or on public transport. But ever since something was done with my work phone setup the other day (I used my personal Samsung phone to test something at the time), my mobile data no longer works anywhere except at home and at work. I’ve already tried restarting the phone, but it still won’t connect to mobile data when I’m outside those two places. I need to be able to use my phone’s internet when I’m out so I can access WhatsApp, email, GPS and other apps. Could someone please assist? It will need to be in person since you’ll need to check my phone. I live in Donvale, and I’m happy to meet at a nearby café or library.
