Description: I have set up four Ethernet cables from my modem to a central distribution box to provide internet to different rooms. However, the LAN ports are not working, and the corresponding lights on the modem do not illuminate when connections are made. ​I need an experienced network technician or troubleshooter to come over, inspect the central patch panel/wiring, test the connections, and resolve the issue so all the LAN ports in the house become fully functional.

We have moved into a new home and the nbn box is fixed to the wall in the kids room. Therefore the modem has to go in there. I’d like to be able to put the modem somewhere else in the house. Close to tv.

Looking for a licensed cabler to run a single Cat6 ethernet cable from the bedroom near the entry to the kitchen in my single storey home in Tarneit. Distance is approximately 5-6 metres on the ground. Cable will need to run through the roof cavity with wall plates at each end. There was an old NBN connection in Kitchen and new NBN fibre connection was set up in entry Bedroom. I am having trouble with wifi speed now. The purpose is to connect a second router in the kitchen for better wifi signals. Happy to discuss the best route on the day.

We are currently using Vision FTTB (TPG FTTB). An NBN technician has attended the site and provisioned a new port (see attached photo). We are looking for a network technician to assist with migrating our internet service from the existing FTTB connection to NBN. The NBN service is configured as IPoE (Dynamic IP) over VDSL. Hi, I'm at the closed testing part of my app in google console. I add emails to the track. I know that they must be associated with their google account or used to login to their google account. Gmail indicates a google account. So I know at least some are. I've sent links. All have said they can't download the app. 2 AI apps have told me contradicting things. Top link is install app from Google play right? Bottom link is to test the webapp yes? Either way they can't download my app. Google reviewed and published my release/track. That's ticked. So not sure what needs to be done. Your help would be much appreciated 🙏

We have approx 18 POS terminals for a laundromat. We are having connectivity issues (seems like terminals are talking to 24 port switch as LEDs all lit up, but switch is not talking to internet). Hopefully just a cable loose somewhere or not connected in correct port. Rack is high off floor so you will need a 6ft ladder for easier access. Needs to be completed ASAP.

My computer won’t work. Every-time it restarts it will boot back into the bios menu and won’t get out of it. I have done a factory reset but it still won’t work
