I’m trying to install wardrobes and the power point is in the way. I’m wanting it removed as soon as possible please (desperate for wardrobes!). Ideally just to make it safe and allow my wardrobe to sit flush, then one day in the future we can relocate it. Brick walls. The wardrobe in the picture can be moved out of your way to do the job. Move 2 powerpoints from skirting board to wall above. Will need to be extended and surface mounted most likely. Install isolation switch for new induction cooktop, will probably also need to be surface mounted. Oven is not needed, so 20A circuit + cable from oven would be used as new dedicated circuit for the 4.7kW cooktop. Plenty of slack on it. New cooktop is ready to be wired in and go. Needs to be done by qualified electrician with COES issued for work.

I pulled out my old built in robes and there was no ceiling above them. I have two pieces of plaster that have been cut to size ready to go. I think I have all of the equipment (I’ll confirm with you before booking), including: - 3 lengths 42x19mm of premium pine for support - 50mm plasterboard screws - 60mm countersunk treated pine screws - joining tape - multi-filler - ladder and step ladder - drill driver and screw driver - multi filler. It doesn’t need to be pretty because I’m putting new wardrobes back in the space, so it won’t be seen. Please tell me your experience with installing plasterboard and your availability for today :) I can assist holding it up while you drill it in. Thanks!

Experienced Plasterer required I have 2 rooms and a hallway that has had old ceilings ( 70yrs old) water damaged that cannot be repaired, replaced by new flush ceiling plaster sheets, The plaster sheets will be onsite ready to hang and stopped up, sanded and ready to paint. We are trying to keep existing 70 yr old cornices if possible. room sizes: bedroom 3.9x3.6mt hall way 1.41x3.5mt living room 3.7x4.6mt on going work available for renovation company from time to time. Plastering a small patch in bathroom ReSealing Behing kitchen sink

I have two areas that need plastering. One is plastering the insert that is covering the hole in a brick wall where an old aircon used to be. The other is to cover a seam between a painted wall, and where wardrobes used to be. The first one, there is a wooden frame and plasterboard already in place, the job is to hide the gap around the plaster so that it can be painted. The other is to hide the seam left by the plaster and paint when the wardrobes were removed, but only to the width of about 20 cm wide, on 2 walls and ceiling. - Due date: Before Friday, 9 February 2024

Place 2 double electrical sockets on 2 walls that don’t have any. We have a triple brick home with timber floor. We live on the bottom floor of an apartment building. There is access under the floor, but it’s rather small, and since the bricks go all the way underground it is difficult to get around, but possible as someone (small) has done it before. One side of each room has an electrical socket outlet, we want 2 placed on the other side of the room. - Due date: Flexible

Installing an ikea wardrobe unit along this wall and need to remove old power point (from memory it’s not live) prior to installation on Tuesday prior to midday. Not concerned about cosmetic damage to wall as wardrobe will go over the top. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 23 May 2023

Plastering over bricks for splashback and fill holes and gaps after kitchen removal. Small amount of re-bricking also required under windowsill. No painting required.
