Looking for a tradie (or experienced handyperson) to help us with a few tasks around the house that we need urgently done. We don’t expect “total completion” but as much help as possible and the knowledge/ability to advise on approaches to tasks would be good. We *mostly* know what to do – but a bit of extra support would be great. Tasks include: ⁃Helping to install a couple of window winders for our windows, for security reasons ⁃Advice/support with installing cat netting (connecting netting to eyelets and frame – eyelets drilled in, frame is not), and any advice/support for installing a raised panel/hinge to stop the cats from climbing over the fence). ⁃Help with placement of lattices/netting around our deck to stop the cats from escaping through underneath the house. ⁃Finishing the completion of an IKEA cupboard. We’d pay hourly. We don’t know how long all of it will take, but we expect between 2-6 hours of work. Ideally on Monday 16th Feb before 6pm - even if not everything is “completed” it would greatly help us to be “on the right track”. Note: listed price is just a PLACEHOLDER - willing to negotiate a good rate with the right person.

Removal of 20 broken roofing tiles for disposal (tiles in front yard).

I need someone to bring a few roof cement tiles (I dont have any here) and replace a broken roof tile. I have a very small leak. I think i have one broken tile. Can pay cash on the spot

There are some cracks in some parts of the fascia (1-1.5m of that). That part need to be replaced or repaired (with Colorbond on them (like one of the images) or sealants). Some parts of fascia requires painting. I would like to get the quote for this job. Explain what needs to be done and what would be cost of that.

Remove and dispose of approx. 12 sqm of super 6 roof sheeting from bungalow/shed. Should be removed carefully without disturbing and area kept clean and free of any pieces/dust. Good access, easy job

gutter cleaning for different houses

Need a handyman to install wire mesh on the gutters. The mesh shall be screwed to the roof panels and the fascia. It is to stop possums getting in the roof. Screw every 300-400 mm. Roof panels are aluminum and easy to screw self tapping batten screws. Also need to remove the leaves from the gutters before the mesh goes on. The roof is flat and the house is one story only. (Access via ladder). I will supply a role of mesh ( 1000 mm wide) you will need to cut some 300 mm width of the mesh role to install. The mesh is 1.2 mm wires. So very easy to cut. I will supply screws as well. Totally around 50 m of gutters ( includes some 3-4 meters of lower roof that needs to be covered as well) If interested, give me an offer based on hourly or lump sum

Clean gutters for a regular house.

Paint roof and outside walls of 2 sheds. Paint provided.

About three to four roof tiles around the edges where the pointing needs to be done needs replacement and repointing done only. Would also like the entire area inspected for any damages.

As shown in the attached photos, we have the downpipe. As shown in the other photo, would like to connect it to the drain. Small part of concrete probably needs to be removed. Re-concreating is also expected to be done.
