I noticed a small roof leak and I would like it repaired

Replace downpipes ahead of sale settlement. Apparently downpipes are not connected to stormwater. Gutters also need cleaning.

Install single weather-proof power point onto front fence post. Power is already in place, refer photo.

The front gutter on our house is drooping down on one end, and that's the end opposite the down pipe, which means it is pouring water onto the front steps instead of clearing it away properly. It needs to be repaired so that the water drains properly, ideally with some kind of bracket.

Will need someone to replace the existing colorbond front house verandah roof by new colorbond and Corrugated Polycarbonate. The overall size is about 1metre by 3.5metre The Polycarbonate will be about 0.8m over the front window and door. I have attached the roof and front house pictures. Please quote on the labour.
