I need netting from the parial roof to the railing and also covering the side where my cat is walking along the rail into the neighbours balcony. Please give me your offers to do the job. New shed needs down pipe plumbing done correctly for discharge

Cleaning guttering (4 x 6M) and seal small leak in downpipe. The guttering on this townhouse is in reasonable condition, but needs cleaning. Two of the four sections are easy because they are low and accessible. The two 2nd story sections are difficult because there is no easy angle to get ladders up to them. And to complicate it further, they have internal brackets and gutter guards have been fitted. So probably a job for a Spiderman or someone who likes swinging around on ropes? The downpipe that needs sealing is easier to get at because it is accessible by ladder from the neighbours yard. There is a possibility of a second job with this one, to do the neighbours gutters at the same time, but just quote on the first one and then they will consider.

I need someone to paint the roof of my house. It is colorbond.

We need an old pergola roof removed (but pergola structure & guttering to remain in place), including taking out all the bolts and screws holding it in place. The area to be removed is approx 18m2 - 5.3m x 3.4m. Is at an angle (hard to picture) and will require ladders (please bring) to do safely. The roofing over laps with the neighbours so on that side must be done carefully. There is no wiring or plumbing through the space. Note there is a hanging clothesline that needs to be kept. There is access through the garage to parking so a vehicle can be parked off street to load into and out of. Pictures attached.

I started putting this shed together but got frustrated and left it to finish over the summer break. I’ve since had wrist surgery, so I can’t finish it myself.
