Hi all. I have a water tank in our courtyard (broken pump so we want to get rid of it). I'll need it drained and removed. I'm happy to dispose of it just mainly need it drained and disconnected. The water tank is fine so happy if you want to actually keep it. I'll need quotes from qualified plumbers only to do the job as on-top of draining and disconnecting the water tank, I need the gutter drain pipe re plumbed as well, there is a drain on the ground in the right floor next to the tank. I live in an apartment in St Kilda, and the shared bedroom wall (approx. 3.4m wide x 3.4m at its highest) is basically paper thin - I can clearly hear my neighbours talking and even light noise through it. I want a proper soundproofing solution that eliminates this issue so neither side can hear the other. What I’m after: • Construct a decoupled (independent) stud wall or equivalent acoustic system. • Install high-density acoustic insulation • Line with 1-2 layers of acoustic plasterboard • Use Green Glue or equivalent damping compound between boards. • Seal all edges and joints acoustically, reinstate powerpoints. • Flush finish ready for paint (if you can paint please provide price as an option.). Heya! Our balcony had some space underneath and to the sides that we’re hoping to cover so we can let our cats out there. Just need someone to get us a piece of wood in dimensions: 160/161cm wide x 70/75cm tall Something we can lean against the balcony to block that space would be great!

We think we might have a leak in our roof? There are some stains on our ceiling in the spare room, pretty sure it’s water damage. We live in a 2 story town house with a tiled roof. Access to the roof can be done via the roof on our carport and/or balcony.

The front gutter on our house is drooping down on one end, and that's the end opposite the down pipe, which means it is pouring water onto the front steps instead of clearing it away properly. It needs to be repaired so that the water drains properly, ideally with some kind of bracket.
