I can see one of the beams in my roof has what appears to be water marks. (I think access is easiest from the back with a long ladder, as previous cleaner failed to access roof from the balcony due to steepness of roof)

We need insulation installed (we will supply) to the second storey roof space at our home - approx 50m2. The access is tricky and the roof space is very shallow.
