Cleaning off finger marks (left by roofers) on fascia at side of house and touch up paint jobs on the roof and small replacement of a tiny weatherboard piece at side of nook. Touch up area of gable with wood putty and paint (single storey level) gable. All paint provided. Two hours work but happy to pay by the hour if extra time is required. Pricing for work negotiable.

A single roof tile has broken. It is at the first story level and easily accessible with a ladder. It is an edge tile and is mortared in. The mortar will need to be removed, the tile replaced and then remortared in. I have a replacement tile that will need to be cut to size for the replacement

I will order the shed in the next couple of days. There is an option to purchase concrete fixings. I will install on pavers (already there). Should I get the concrete fixings?

Whenever there's heavy rain tons of water is getting into the garage somehow (I think from the sump being incorrectly built) Have attached some photos where you can actually see the timber frame of garage from the box gutter. Maybe the upstand is too short? Hard to tell.
