Removal of and disposal of solar panels on single level tile roof home The electricity has been disconnected by an electrician and controller has already been disposed of. There are 6 panels in total. The panels are on the tile roof. These have to be removed and disposed of. Person needs to be able to remove the solar panels safely without damaging the roof and the roof tiles. Person needs to have insurance also.

Clean gutters, first storey only of two-storey house

I have a broken tile on the edge of a solar panel. It’s on the single storey of the building. The current downpipe from the upper storey discharges onto the single storey section into a spreader which was like this when we built the house. We have had an insurance roof plumber claim that the spreader is non compliant as it is collecting too much water. So the downpipe needs to be extended into the current gutter and into a new rain head. Additionally there is a broken tile right when the solar bracket is located. I’m not sure if can be replaced without removing the solar panel. There is an isolation switch nearby to turn power off. I believe it’s only one that needs replacing but it requires testing to make sure it doesn’t leak and there are more broken tiles. Additionally there is another 1/2 tile that needs to be replaced located right against the second storey wall. I need the following performed. The job is in the single storey of a double story home. 1/. Replace broken roof tiles under/around solar panels. 2/. Install a new Rainhead to the gutter on the LHS of the property. 3/. Remove existing downpipe spreader and Install a new downpipe spreader down the roof line to discharge directly into the newly installed Rainhead.- 4/. Cut and Replace another cracked half tile that currently has silicon keeping water out. The length of the new pipe is approx 3-4m
