I need a professional to help replace an old toilet seat with a new one at my residential address. The new toilet seat (standard round shape) has been purchased and is ready for installation. The old seat needs to be safely removed first, and the new one should be securely fastened to ensure it’s stable and doesn’t wobble. Basic cleaning of the toilet’s top rim after removing the old seat would also be appreciated.

The hole under the sink is too small for the drainage hose and water inlet hone to go through, which needs drilling for larger hole. The drainage hose connector to the pipe id small too, may be need a replacement. The water inlet connector cap a bit inaccessible too. See attached photos for reference. Thanks.

1. Replace existing bathroom sink with a 750mm free-standing vanity. Sink is bolted to the wall (two point attachment). Discard sink. Vanity is in two pieces - base cabinet and ceramic top. Needs plug and waste. See if you can re-use existing elbow if possible, or replace if unsuitable.
