Little leak between water meter and connection to water main. I think it just needs some tightening and perhaps the weather has shifted a few things. It should’ve take too long.
Honest and punctual and does efficient job. What I appreciated was him telling me that if the parts needed a new washer that he had to wait until Monday to buy the part, but if I wanted he could come Sunday and see if he could fix it without the part. This would mean two trips. He allowed me agency in the decision and allowed me to save costs by coming on Monday. It’s this type of honesty and humanity that makes me appreciate him so much.

Hot water pressure at my property is weak throughout all hot taps when we turn the hot tap on , the pressure is okay for a second but then it drops down. The heater is fairly new Date of manufacture is 2021. To me it seems like scalp buildup or ionisation ,but need an expert to look at it. Please provide quotes if you’re interested in the job.
