My toilet is constantly leaking about water into the bowl. Possibly needs a new inlet valve or seal. Open to handyman or licensed plumbers. Need own tools (& valve/seal if needed).

My bathroom sink has a very light leak (can be absorbed by a towel but does form a puddle after a while). I can’t tell where it is coming from.

Hot water tap on kitchen sink is leaking, I think the whole inside needs to be replaced (cartridge, O ring, washer) & cold water tap handle in the laundry needs to be installed properly. It sits wonky. The taps needs to be the same, so I happy to purchase them beforehand if needed unless you can supply similar looking ones.

My electric hot water tank is around 250L. Each time we use the hot water, it only lasts for around 10 minutes then goes stone cold for hours until it re heats. I believe it may not be heating the whole tank, or a possible thermostat issue.

My kitchen doesn't currently have a dishwasher. I would like to install a 45 cm slimline dishwasher. There is space for it in the cupboard to the left of the sink, beneath the sink's drainboard. There is currently no power outlet under the sink. However, there is a single power outlet behind the oven, which is not far away. As this outlet is currently being used by the oven, it will need to be replaced with a double power outlet so that both the oven and the dishwasher can be connected.
