Replace old tap in the kitchen sink with a new tap. The tap will be provided

- Install new toilet (old toilet has been removed). Toilet will be supplied. - Connect shower tray to waste pipe. - Connect double vanity - Install supplied shower head

Blocked bathroom toilet.

Spindles seized to sink..remove existing basin tap set and replace with new decent quality quarter turn set. Preference for install on Saturday 10/1 Approx 200mm centre to centre of outer holes

2 X taps sets need reseating. Already replaced washers. Still slight leak.

Need a handy person to fix a few leaking taps, a kitchen cupboard and drawer

Toilet bowl does not flush properly, and shower gurgles when flushed (seems like air is trapped). Toilet is clogged now but nothing apparently blocking it.

Repair leaking kitchen sink tap- may need to be replaced. Then sand back and reseal the wooden bench surrounding the kitchen sink.

Change the tap in the kitchen to a retractable dual spray mixer. Change 2 bathroom taps and mixers. (3 sets) Change the bath sets. All have been purchased.

The The metal plug/strainer assembly (the part that sits in the sink hole and acts as both a filter and a push-down stopper) has detached from the drain pipe beneath the sink. It appears the issue is a missing nut or fastener. I can see the thread/bolt from the plug assembly hanging down below the sink, and I can see the pipe with the corresponding hole, but the piece that secures them together is gone. How to Fix It (As I See It) This should be a straightforward job for someone with basic tools and confidence: Obtain a suitable nut/fastener to fit the existing bolt/thread. Unscrew/detach the immediate section of the drain pipe below the sink Properly seat and secure the metal plug assembly onto the sink hole from above. Fasten it securely to the pipe thread from below using the new nut. Reattach the rest of the drain pipe and ensure everything is tight and sealed (a quick water test would be ideal). I believe this is a simple handyman or maintenance fix and does not require a licensed plumber. I just want someone confident to do the job properly so I don't have leaks.

Toilet flushes fine but accumulates water. The drainage is very slow and seems like there's a partial blockage down the line

The diverter tap kept draining out water despite both cold and hot water knobs were closed to running water. Check the image.

Where my washing machine connects to the sink it is slowly leaking. My landlord said it would be fixed if I put an elastic band around it but it’s not working. If you think this is a simple fix and can fix this for me I’d appreciate it.
