I bought a new gas cooktop that needs to be installed

I need assistance installing a dishwasher in my laundry. It will be positioned on top of a front-loading washing machine (waist-height lift). The dishwasher weighs 25kg; I can help with the lift, but I need a second person to get it into place safely. The job includes: Lifting: Helping me lift the dishwasher onto the flat-top washing machine. Parts Procurement: Please supply two (2) Y-splitters (one for the freshwater intake and one for the wastewater outlet). Plumbing: Disconnecting the current washing machine lines, installing the Y-splitters, and then connecting both the washing machine and dishwasher to the same water and waste points. Additional Info: Budget: $120 (includes labor and the cost of the two splitters). Location: Laundry.

Flush needs a quick repair/seal. The house was locked for 6 months. We just came back and witnessed that every time we flush, small water is leaking. See the picture closely please.

The pipe under the sink has leak issue

The toilet is leaking from the pipe behind it when I flush. Some water also comes out from the bottom of the toilet.
