I need help getting my washing machine working in my new apartment. I have connected it all and had it working but there is a leak near the water tap and I can’t fix it for the life of me.

I need two things done: 1. Remove old mouldy silicone around the bath and sink and replace it with fresh silicone. 2. Fix the bath drain. It isn’t sealing properly, it leaks, and I can’t fill the tub. I think the bath drain needs to be replaced or resealed. Please bring all tools and materials. Leaking tap requires new hot and possibly cold tap washers. Small job but my Aunty cannot turn tap off tight enough to stop water running and if someone does it for her she cannot turn it back on. (Pensioner)
