I’ve got a damaged stormwater PVC pipe (approx. 90–100 mm diameter) in my garden that needs repair. The top of the pipe/junction has been broken (likely from mower impact). **Scope of work:** 1. Cut out the damaged section of PVC pipe 2. Supply and install replacement pipe/fittings (to match existing size) Excluded: Access works and backfill. I will clear and fully expose pipe before works, and backfill afterwards. **Site conditions:** Located at ground level in front garden, easy access to electricity if needed. **Important:** - Looking for a **proper cut-and-replace repair**, not patching - Must have experience with PVC stormwater pipe repairs **Location:** Moonee Ponds **Timing:** Flexible (any time in next few weeks) **Photos attached** for reference.

My bathroom sink hasn’t been draining the past few weeks. I have tried unclogging it using a long wire, but it hasnt improved, so a plumber may need to inspect it. The sink hasn’t been draining properly for a while but it’s gotten worse. There’s also a smell coming from the drain, indicating that the pipes are backed up.

Shower Tap when turning off goes past off point and keeps turning, needs repairing most likely needs a new washer.

I need two things done: 1. Remove old mouldy silicone around the bath and sink and replace it with fresh silicone. 2. Fix the bath drain. It isn’t sealing properly, it leaks, and I can’t fill the tub. I think the bath drain needs to be replaced or resealed. Please bring all tools and materials.
